Hotel Zipang

I have stayed here several times.The front desk staff are always pleasant, no matter who is on duty.They are exceptionally courteous—more so than at most other hotels.This time, the large public bath was at the neighboring hotel, but for some reason very hot water kept pouring in nonstop, making it too hot to get into the tub.Could it have been a prank by another guest...Other than that, the service is great, towels are available to use now, and the toilets are always kept clean and comfortable.

I previously stayed at the neighboring Hotel in the same group, and the complimentary drink service and other Facility amenities were more than enough for me, making for a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.
