I mostly used the room just to sleep.All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful.The amenities were well stocked, which was great.

While most Hotels in the city cost tens of thousands of yen, it was a huge help to find one for under 10,000 yen. The building looks old from the outside, but the inside is very clean, and it’s at a convenient distance from both the station and the national highway. There are many restaurants nearby, and although it was raining, Shinmachi Street—running from in front of Aomori Station—has an arcade-style covered sidewalk, so I could get around without an umbrella and stay comfortable even with luggage. The room was very clean, and the air conditioner was new and worked extremely well. The unit bath has a step up and the tub is a bit small, but there were outlets (including around the bed), making phone charging easy. There were microwaves in the elevator halls on the 4th and 8th floors as well. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I’d like to stay again if I have another chance.
