Hotel Tetra Resort Shizuoka Yaizu

I stayed on the middle day of a three-day holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that free juice, beer, alcoholic drinks, and snacks were provided. However, the beer and snacks were gone by around 8:00 p.m., so I recommend going early if you want to enjoy them.There was also a kids’ corner, and the children looked like they were having a great time. The staff were polite and attentive, and I was very satisfied with the service.On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed with the Room cleaning. There was enough dust on the desk and in corners of the floor that it felt like it had been quite some time since the last thorough cleaning. In particular, dust had heavily accumulated in the sliding window tracks. With more careful cleaning, I think guests would be able to stay more comfortably.The price was reasonable and the services were excellent, so I would definitely like to stay again. If housekeeping improves, I believe this will become an even better Hotel.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was spectacular.The parking lot was spacious, and the staff service was excellent.The Room felt a bit old, but it was well cleaned, and having the futon already laid out was very helpful.The bath was rather small; there were seven guests using it at the same time, so we had to wait for a washing spot.I felt it would be better if it were a little larger.We booked the No Meals Included Plan, but we were grateful for the complimentary morning bread and drinks service.This Accommodation is very reasonably priced, and I would like to stay again.Thank you very much.
