Aizu Tsuruyahotel

I was very satisfied and felt this was an Accommodation where the staff showed genuine, thoughtful care in a natural way. Many places put on a show—overdoing it, going through the motions, or prioritizing their own convenience—but this one felt different. From the parking area and front desk to small requests and conversations, and even during meals, everything felt sincere, with people and service that truly considered the guest. It also felt very affordable for the price. When making my Reservation, I hesitated because the building seemed more like a local Ryokan and I considered other chains, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

The person who seemed to be the proprietress was very gentle and reassuring. The location is far from the station, but the route is flat and straight, and a bus stop from Koriyama is nearby. The building looks very old from the outside, but inside it has been completely renovated with updated Facilities; traces of the old-style Japanese rooms remain only in parts of the interior structure. Breakfast was Japanese-style with all the standard items, and rice refills were unlimited, so I enjoyed a relaxed, hearty breakfast for the first time in a while. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for me.
