Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money.With the Plan including parking, I was able to check in with peace of mind. There’s nothing that can be done about it, but everything was perfect except for the squat-style toilet.Sorry—I’m not comfortable with squat toilets.In particular, the young woman at reception was very pleasant and incredibly soothing. I had a great check-in and check-out experience. Thank you so much!!

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. My arrival at Itami was late, and by the time I reached Hankyu Yamada Station it was past 9:00 p.m., so I received a call from the front desk. I replied that I was already at Yamada and would arrive in about 30 minutes, headed straight there, and was able to check in without any issues.They explained everything about the Accommodation very carefully, and I was happy to find dental floss picks among the amenities.The Room is retro, but it was clean! With tile surfaces, I imagine cleaning must be quite a task...There weren’t many outlets, so it took me a moment to figure out charging my devices, but even the refrigerator cord was connected via a power strip on the table—those thoughtful touches were appreciated.Yodobashi the cat was resting by the stairs, but briefly lifted their head as if to greet me. At checkout, Latte saw me off.It’s reasonably priced—retro but clean—and I had no problems during my stay. If I’m sure I can make it in time for check-in next time, I’d love to stay again.Thank you very much for your hospitality!
