I stayed here on my birthday, and when I entered my room, I was greeted by an adorable towel bear and a birthday card with a warm handwritten message! I was truly touched by everyone’s thoughtfulness, especially knowing how busy they were.Since my first visit shortly after the hotel opened, its cleanliness, lovely atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and comfort have remained just as wonderful.The staff are always friendly, making this a hotel I want to return to again and again.Once again, I discovered some wonderful books I might never have found on my own and enjoyed a blissful time reading and relaxing in my room.My only minor concern, which I notice each time, is that the room door is heavy and requires inserting and turning a key, making it quite difficult to enter while carrying several books and a coffee.When trying to unlock the door with books and bags in my arms, I inevitably spill my drink. From a guest’s perspective, a small shelf near the door to set drinks on—or perhaps a small tray for carrying drinks to the room—would be helpful.That said, few hotels offer such a beautiful, relaxing space and so many books to enjoy. This remains one of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back and look forward to another lovely stay!

Before our stay, I didn’t expect to enjoy the Hotel experience itself this much. But once we checked in, the atmosphere and the book-filled spaces were even more comfortable than imagined—in the best way, it far exceeded our expectations.Our family loves relaxing at a Hotel, so it was wonderful that each of us could spend time however we liked without having to visit lots of tourist spots. The well-known bakery and restaurants nearby were also great, and we enjoyed exploring the area as well. It was a scorching midsummer day when walking outside was tough, but just staying inside the building was more than satisfying.When making our Reservation, I was a little surprised by how high the Review ratings were, but after staying there, I completely understand why. You can enjoy it together with the Kadokawa Musashino Museum—it’s truly a Hotel where staying itself becomes the purpose. Everyone in our family was very satisfied, and it’s a great find that makes us want to stay again.
