    One of the best Business Hotels in Osaka

    This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

    We had a truly wonderful time.

    We were able to stay in a top-floor suite Room. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax and unwind. Thank you to the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

    I stayed here for a trip to Osaka. It was my first time, and I was very satisfied—the stay was extremely comfortable and the amenities were plentiful! It was a Multiple Night Stay, and even though I chose no Room cleaning with towel replacement only, they still replenished all the amenities, which was a very pleasant surprise…!! Since the Hotel is right in front of a major road, I was a little worried it might be noisy, but it wasn’t at all. There are many great restaurants nearby as well, and I enjoyed trying different places throughout my Multiple Night Stay. I travel to Osaka every year, so I’d like to stay here again next time!

    My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The Room was very spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The staff were polite and considerate, which left a very good impression. I slipped when getting out of the bath (the bathtub was nicely large, but I thought a handrail would have made it safer to get out). I grabbed the nearby towel rack, so I’m worried whether it was okay. Also, having a foldable mirror in the Room would have been helpful. Overall, I think it is a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The view of Utsubo Park from the window was wonderful, and the amenities were plentiful and thoughtfully provided—this was a truly outstanding Accommodation. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in the Kansai area, and this is one of the best. It’s become a favorite.

    For the Western-style breakfast, you can choose from a Bacon & Lettuce Burger, Ham Cutlet Burger, Chicken Burger with Tartar Sauce, or Fish Burger with Tartar Sauce. Please note that these are not hamburger patties. (They were delicious!)

    Compact and exceptionally cozy

    I stayed here because I had business in the Nanko area. Just as the Reviews said, it’s compact, the Room was clean, and all the staff were very pleasant. The amenities included separate top-and-bottom loungewear and a soft toothbrush—lots of nice touches. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, and an okonomiyaki place about a 2–3 minute walk away that I stopped by on a whim was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for something uniquely Osaka, be sure to check it out.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed for two nights. First, the staff’s greetings were full of hospitality, and it felt welcoming—like a small boutique Hotel in Europe. On the first night, they upgraded my Room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. On the second night, I stayed in the original Room; I was worried it might feel less impressive after the upgrade, but it was bright and still plenty spacious and comfortable. I was very satisfied with both! When I visit Osaka again, I’d love to stay here again.

    Enjoy the beautiful autumn foliage of Utsubo Park from your window.

    Located in a quiet area right in front of Utsubo Park, we had a relaxing stay. It was the perfect season for autumn leaves, and the ginkgo trees in the park were beautiful. Conveniently close to Nakanoshima. The limited number of rooms created a cozy atmosphere, and the front desk staff provided attentive service. The cleanliness was excellent, and all amenities were replenished daily even when cleaning was declined. Compared to other hotels in this price range, what was missing here were anti-fog mirrors and sleepwear; otherwise, everything else was well-equipped. The lighting options (ceiling, footlights, desk, counter) were user-friendly and made it comfortable at any time of day or night. The bathroom was slightly spacious with a clean bathtub and an overhead shower that worked perfectly for a pleasant experience.

    I stayed in a Twin Room. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a larger room as there seemed to be availability. The room had great sunlight and offered a nice view of the greenery in front of Utsubo Park. Although the front desk area is not very spacious, I was very satisfied with the room. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

    What a place!

    I didn't know there was such a Hotel in Awaza on the way to the Expo site. The compact size is appealing, and it's not only clean but also reasonably priced. Despite it being a seemingly busy period, I was upgraded, making for an extremely satisfying stay. It will undoubtedly be my top choice next time.

    Clean and convenient

    I chose this accommodation because it is adjacent to Utsubo Park and close to Awaza Station. The bright and clean Room allowed me to relax, and I enjoyed a morning walk in the park. I had a comfortable stay, and they also delivered the morning newspaper. As others have mentioned, the reception staff were kind and provided a sense of security. Thank you very much!

    The Hotel has a limited number of Rooms, making the Rooms spacious and the overall atmosphere very quiet. The Room was also upgraded, allowing for a relaxing stay. I would like to use it again next time.

    A very lovely Room!!!

    I was delighted to have my Room upgraded. The spacious and clean Room had large windows, along with coffee and tea drip pods. The toilet and bathroom were separate, making it very comfortable. Nearby, there is Utsubo Park with a rose garden I was curious about, so I went for an early morning walk. There were many people walking their dogs, jogging, and even doing radio calisthenics—it felt very healthy. This time, I stayed here to visit the Expo, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip to Osaka. I would love to stay again! My only regret is not trying the delicious-looking burgers on the first floor—I wish I had!

    The room felt spacious as soon as I entered! With a separate bath and toilet, a two-seater sofa opposite the bed, and plenty of space around it. There was no issue even with luggage spread out. The windows faced the park on three sides, offering great views of city lights at night and greenery in the morning, all in a quiet setting. Although the lobby and elevator area are not very large, you always meet front desk staff when entering or exiting, which adds to security reassurance. The location requires a short walk from the subway station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the property for convenient access to Umeda.

    It was a unique Hotel.

    The Room is relatively spacious, possibly renovated by combining two rooms into one. The layout is quite unusual, with a large shoe cabinet and limited visibility of the TV from both the sofa and bed, making it not very user-friendly. However, the Room was new and clean, and it’s reasonably close to the subway station for access to the Expo. I was surprised when I requested an additional face towel and was told it would cost 150 yen. I’ve stayed at many Business Hotels before but have never encountered such a policy. Breakfast was unremarkable...

    Warm hospitality

    The warm hospitality made it very comfortable to stay. Recently, mechanical service has become more common, and this Hotel allowed me to rediscover that it is both a lodging and a hospitality business. There is a hamburger shop on the first floor, and it looked very delicious. I definitely want to try it next time.

    I will definitely repeat!

    The location of the Hotel is on the side of Utsubo Park, so the view from the Room was nice, and the Room was clean and spacious enough, which was satisfying. I stayed for three nights this time, and I was really able to spend my time comfortably. The response of the staff was also wonderful. I would definitely like to use it again in the future. I didn't have time to visit the adjacent gourmet burger shop this time, but I definitely want to go next time. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied.

    I had a comfortable stay. The Room was clean, the closet was spacious enough, and the amenities, morning newspaper, and drinks provided excellent service for a pleasant time. However, I was slightly bothered by the sound of snoring from the adjacent room during the night.
