Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Sakuragicho

I’m the type who tends to notice stains or dust when staying at a Hotel, and if it’s bad enough I sometimes end up cleaning myself. This time, I didn’t even think about that—in fact, everything was so spotless that I was genuinely impressed. The bed was spacious with just the right firmness, and there were so many amenities that I found myself thinking, “Is it really okay to take all of this?” It was a Multiple Night Stay, but rather than going out, I honestly wished I could have spent even more time in the Hotel. I also checked out on the TV screen at the end, but I wonder if many guests might miss that option. As for the Room key, there was a return box by the entrance/exit, but the TV instructions said to leave it on the table in the Room—so I wasn’t sure which was preferred.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful to have enjoyed a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to leave a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here.In my past stays I have been assigned Room 804 or Room 604. In both rooms, the air-conditioning cooling temperature is limited to 23°C. This may not be an issue in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops and the cooling at 23°C was not very effective, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep.I understand the intention to reduce utility costs by narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting outdoor unit output; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I believe it should be reconsidered. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could set the temperature down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set as low as 20°C.Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible.I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. As I would like to continue staying with you in the future, these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.
