I stayed here on a trip to Awaji Island and was very satisfied!Both the large public bath and the Room were clean, and the amenities were well stocked, so I had a very comfortable stay.I chose a breakfast-included Plan, and I also liked that the seating was semi-private, so I could relax and enjoy it while chatting with my friends.All of the staff were kind and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. The young staff member who showed me to my Room was especially easy to talk to, and I was happy they shared recommended spots on Awaji Island as well as local food suggestions.Thanks to you, it turned into a wonderful trip to Awaji Island.If I have another chance to visit Awaji Island, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!

It was a three-generation trip (grandmother, mother, and daughter), bringing along my elderly mother who has difficulty walking.We left early expecting holiday traffic, but there was none and we arrived sooner than planned. As soon as we reached the parking lot, someone came right away and kindly lent us a wheelchair.Even though we arrived early for our own convenience, you prepared the Room and allowed us to check in ahead of time.Because my mother couldn’t use the large public bath, we chose a Room with an open-air bath. It also had a garden, and both the changing area and the open-air bath were very spacious—and on top of that, it was free-flowing natural hot spring water! It was honestly the best open-air bath I’ve ever experienced. (Even without going to the large public bath, two or three people can easily fit.)The Room itself was spacious as well, with a very comfortable sofa—my mother seemed truly relaxed.The meals were thoughtfully prepared, and everything was delicious. In particular, the sea bream rice seasoning was outstanding! Since it came at the end of the course meal I was already full and couldn’t get seconds—which I regret.The amenities provided—Sinn Pureté—were also excellent, so I purchased them at the shop.Although many of your staff members were young, everyone had wonderful smiles and treated us kindly. Thank you so much!I’ll definitely add this Accommodation to my list of places I want to visit again!One thing I forgot to ask: it was a little hard to understand how to turn some switches on/off—and I was surprised to see a drum-style washing machine in the Room (in a good way!).
