Highly satisfying
This was our fourth stay, and it never gets old. Every year, we have the best time. The entrance fragrance makes us feel like we’re back home, and the ocean view from the club lounge is breathtaking. The lounge sandwiches are delicious! The dinner-time menu has also been renewed, which made it even more satisfying. We also love how spacious the closet area in the Room is. The pool never feels overly crowded—just right. I’m writing this Review, but honestly, I almost don’t want to tell anyone because we love it so much that we worry it will become even more popular.

It was excellent.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied. We stayed just after the mid-August holiday period, and were able to fully enjoy our time without the stress of crowds. Having almost no waiting time was wonderful. The staff’s service was excellent and made our stay very pleasant. If I had to mention one thing, dinner was good, but it focused mainly on Hawaiian dishes in the evening, so we preferred breakfast, where we could enjoy Okinawan cuisine.

Summer Vacation
We stayed on the club floor for three nights during our family summer vacation, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and welcoming with great smiles. Although the weather was unfortunately affected by a typhoon, we still had a fantastic three days enjoying the indoor pool, the large public bath, and relaxing in the club lounge—there was plenty to do inside the Hotel. Housekeeping was thorough, and everything felt very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that there were more washing machines than last time (I remember there being only three), so we didn’t have any trouble and could do laundry smoothly. One suggestion: there wasn’t much at dinner in the restaurant that our child could eat, so it would be nice if a few more kid-friendly menu items were added. Breakfast, on the other hand, had many options for children and was delicious. Also, there was no cleansing oil/remover in the women’s public bath area; since it was chilly due to strong air conditioning and I had to go back and forth, it would have been helpful to have one available. Lastly, since children aged 13 and under were not allowed in the lounge after 5:00 PM, I personally wished they could use it at least until 6:00 PM. Overall, this is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Smart Resort Okinawa: A Refined and Relaxing Marina Stay
[Facilities & Location] - Compact, spotless interior: Opened in 2022, this new property offers a comfortable space that blends sleek urban functionality with a resort vibe. The pool and spa are on the smaller side. - Convenient surroundings: “Ginowan Convention City” and Round1 are within walking distance for shopping and entertainment. Access to Naha is also easy. - Recommended stay style: Ideal for a 1–2 night short stay if you want to avoid travel fatigue and fully enjoy a Hotel stay. [Rooms] - We stayed in a Family Room. The unique layout features beds on a mezzanine level, making it feel more spacious than the listed square meters. The staircase colors and lighting leading up to the mezzanine are especially cute—perfect for families, and our child loved it. There is convenient bedside storage, with plenty of space to place and access luggage easily. As for the view, the balcony is small, but you can enjoy an almost picture-like outdoor view from the bed. You may occasionally hear motorcycle noise from the bypass in front, but it passes quickly and wasn’t bothersome. [Dining (Buffet)] A diverse selection of international dishes rather than primarily Okinawan cuisine. Highlights include five types of curry with naan, roast beef and game meat, plus a wide variety of bread available at both breakfast and dinner—enjoyable for both kids and adults. One minor drawback is that we would have liked a few more drink options. [Other] Recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable Okinawa stay with a different feel—such as your final night after making the most of beach resorts elsewhere on the island.

The perfect Hotel for a family trip
Our family, my brother’s family, and my in-laws—11 of us in total—stayed here this time. Because we were on the club floor, we could enjoy the pool spaciously without crowds, and we really enjoyed the snacks, desserts, and alcohol as well. The beach is also nearby and within walking distance. Everyone loved it and says they definitely want to stay at this Hotel again next time. I gave the dining 4 stars because we booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner included, but dinner was the same menu every day. The food was very good, but I would appreciate a bit more variety. The photo shows the view from the lounge. It’s amazing.

Perfect for an adults-only getaway
I used the club floor on a trip with friends for the first time in a while. Rather than visiting tourist spots, we wanted to enjoy Okinawa’s open atmosphere and scenery while savoring good food and conversation, so we chose a Plan with lounge access. It was clear that the staff coordinated well—such as arranging an anniversary cake in advance—and I felt this is a very trustworthy Hotel. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunset from the lounge, and we never got bored thanks to the lounge services that change throughout the day. There were three of us staying, but since we could also use the large public bath, there was no need to worry about coordinating bathing times. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout. We could only stay one night, but it’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again!

It became a wonderful memory.
Early check-in was included as an IKYU perk. However, because we checked in at the front desk rather than in the Club Room, we unfortunately did not receive a welcome drink. The Club Room itself was excellent, especially the beverages. After three days, the food started to feel a bit repetitive, but there were plenty of options nearby, so we still enjoyed it. There were some issues such as stained sheets, but they responded promptly. I also heard that the Club Room will be renovated from July. I would like to stay again.

It was a wonderful Hotel.
We stayed for two nights over the weekend with our family. The Room was clean and well maintained, and all the staff were very courteous. We used the infinity pool, which had a great view and our children really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner at the buffet. This Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay, and we would love to stay again.

Overall, it is small.
I made a Reservation with club access. The lounge and private pool are on the 14th floor, while my Room was on the 13th. However, the only way to get around is via four central elevators serving the entire Hotel, so moving back and forth felt inconvenient. Each time you ride, you have to tap your key card for it to operate, which was also a hassle. Personally, I wouldn’t mind using the stairs. The food was honestly average. I wish the Room had been a bit more spacious. That may be because I’m comparing it with properties in Onna Village and Yomitan Village in the same price range. The souvenir corner on the first floor and the large public bath on the second floor were both quite small, and it didn’t feel like a Resort Hotel. While there’s no denying the Hotel feels compact, the service was excellent.

Club Deluxe Hollywood Twin
As the Room is on the top floor, it was very convenient for using the club lounge. The club lounge staff provided excellent service. The Facility is also well equipped. While its great access from Naha Airport means it feels less like a resort, I think you can have a great trip by combining it with a Hotel in Onna Village. It offers great value for money, so I recommend choosing a Room with club lounge access.

It was amazing!
We stayed for three nights on a family trip. The views from the Room and the lounge were amazing, and it felt like all my stress melted away. As always, the staff were kind and made us feel truly relaxed. Especially at the club lounge, a lovely bartender made an original cocktail for me, which led to great conversation and became a wonderful memory. I forgot to take a photo, but the cocktail called “Urizun” was delicious. There was also a wide selection of drinks, and both the sake and wine were excellent. We also fully enjoyed the pool and hot stone spa. With such a great location, we could easily swim at the beach and stroll around nearby shops, making for an effortless trip. Housekeeping was perfect as well. I heard the lounge will be renovated, so I’m looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much to all of the staff members.

About JPY 4,000 by taxi from the airport. You can also rent a car through the Hotel, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in central and northern areas. As always, the lounge cocktails can be made to suit your preferences, so you can relax for a while while enjoying the view from the top floor. The infinity pool is also popular. Breakfast may feel repetitive for frequent guests, but it is delicious. The staff are truly kind, and I highly recommend this Hotel.

Recommended Hotel for Families with Children Aged 2–3
We stayed here on a family trip with our 2-year-old child. Since our child is still small, we chose this Hotel because it’s relatively close to the airport. It’s about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The Room was new and clean, and the club lounge was very comfortable! The pool isn’t very large, but it’s more than enough for toddlers to enjoy. Swim diapers are allowed. The hot stone spa and sauna that you can access right from the pool were also very relaxing! It’s easy to get to American Village and Kokusai-dori, and there are restaurants around the Hotel as well, which is convenient. There’s a large supermarket right nearby, which was a big help when traveling with a toddler! You can also find all kinds of pool items there. The breakfast buffet had more variety than expected. This ocean-view Hotel was perfect for families with young children who want to relax at the Hotel and play in the pool, while still going out occasionally without going too far.

Everything in the Hotel was very clean, and the view was great—we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were also very kind and wonderful. The restaurant was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, it was a little disappointing that the dishes were the same on the first and second day.

It was my first visit to Okinawa in 40 years, and I was comforted by the amazing location and the warm smiles of the Hotel staff—thank you for your wonderful hospitality. When I travel to Okinawa again, I would love to stay here.

It was comfortable.
We stayed as a family of four, using two Rooms. All the staff who assisted us were polite and very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. Although we booked a Plan without breakfast, it seemed to have a good reputation, so we tried it once. There was a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, which was great—and everything was delicious! We would definitely like to stay again.

The Ultimate in Luxury for Families
We visited several Hotels in Okinawa this time, and this was by far the most “parent-brain-friendly” stay. The biggest highlight is that the club lounge and the infinity pool are seamlessly connected on the same floor. Even in extreme heat, there’s no need to claim a spot by the water. You can enjoy champagne in the cool lounge while “watching” your children happily swimming right in front of you—this zero-distance peace of mind is hard to find elsewhere. The lounge at night was also wonderful, and my husband and I took turns enjoying it. What especially stood out was the staff’s professionalism. Their hospitality was highly polished, with none of the neglect or harsh atmosphere that can happen at large resorts. We stayed with our 3- and 5-year-olds, and from start to finish we truly felt valued as guests. This is a standout Hotel I wholeheartedly recommend to parents who want both efficiency and elegance. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, striking an excellent balance between convenience and a resort feel—perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed, “no-battle” Okinawa experience. We’re already considering making our Reservation for next year around this Hotel. The only regret is that one item of clothing went missing during our stay (likely due to a housekeeping mistake). Because everyone at the front desk and in the lounge was so consistently professional, we couldn’t help but notice a slight gap only in housekeeping operations. Even so, it was an outstanding stay overall—but I’m mentioning this deliberately in hopes of further improvement on the cleaning side.

I was disappointed that the meals were exactly the same on both days. Breakfast may be unavoidable, but dinner was extremely disappointing! Also, I stayed with two elementary-school grandchildren, and since it would have been a hassle to look for restaurants, we ate at the Hotel. However, on IKYU’s guest information form for this Hotel, the child age options only went up to 5 years old, so their stay was treated as adult. But when I checked the prices for the breakfast and dinner buffet on the Hotel’s website restaurant page, it stated that elementary school children are charged at almost half the adult price. As a result, I ended up paying nearly an extra JPY 20,000 for two children for food of that level. When I raised this with a Hotel staff member, they bluntly said that because it was booked through IKYU there was nothing the Hotel could do. I would like IKYU and the Hotel to work closely together to resolve this somehow.

A wonderful, spotless Hotel with nothing to complain about!
This was my second stay, and my first time spending three nights on the club floor. The lounge was very nice. I wanted a light breakfast, so it was just right for me. There was a good variety of drinks, and the light evening snacks were delicious (especially the shrimp marinade and sandwiches). I found myself using it often during my stay, even when I wasn’t particularly hungry. The Room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities, making it very easy to relax. The bathroom in the Room was very clean, so I didn’t even need to use the public bath—I added bath salts and enjoyed a long soak. The location is also convenient, so whenever I stay in Chubu again, I’ll definitely return!

A relaxing Hotel with a great view
A four-night stay on the Club Floor. Since we booked a Plan with breakfast included, we were able to have all other meals in the lounge. It was wonderful to relax while looking out at the ocean. We don’t drink alcohol, but we really enjoyed the delicious tomato juice and tropical juices. In the evening, there was a wide variety of dishes, so we could eat well and get plenty of nutrition. We heard there is sanshin live music at the restaurant on Saturday nights, so we’d love to listen next time. We will definitely return next year.

Stay on the Club Floor for 2 nights and 3 days
We stayed for a mother–daughter trip with my eldest daughter, who is in college, to celebrate my younger daughter’s acceptance into high school. The club lounge was clean, had plenty of drinks, and was very relaxing. The heated infinity pool exclusively for Club Floor guests was the deciding factor for this stay, and we were able to use it almost privately—my daughters were thrilled. The food in the club lounge during cocktail time was great with meat and fish options, but I think it would have been even better with some carbohydrates as well. There was a wide variety of alcohol, and it was especially wonderful that the bartender made cocktails for us. The Room also had a great view and felt very clean, and above all, the service at this Hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff told us about photo spots and even took beautiful family photos for us. We made wonderful memories. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Okinawa Prince Hotel
This was my first stay, and I stayed for three nights. It’s close to the airport and has a great location with views of the yacht harbor. The Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay here. If the chairs in the club lounge were a bit more spacious, it might have felt even more relaxing. Also, I think it would have been more convenient if the sauna were inside the large public bath area. I hope to consider this hotel again for my next trip to Okinawa.

We had a relaxing stay.
This was my first stay. After I gave my name at the entrance, everything was quickly coordinated, and I was able to check in smoothly after parking. All of the club floor staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. The lounge offered draft beer, awamori, sanpin tea, and herbal tea—lots of Okinawan options—so it was fun to choose. At 5:00 PM during dinner time, the club floor was especially crowded. The lounge also felt busy at other times as well, but there was always enough food available, which was great. The Room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The bath area, toilet, sink, and balcony were all in very clean condition and made for a pleasant stay. This time I stayed between sightseeing outings, so next time I’d like to come back to relax at the Hotel.

The location and everything else were excellent.
We stayed for two nights. The pool is heated, and the bathing hours are long, so we were able to use both the pool and the large public bath even on check-out day—our child was delighted. Breakfast was available without crowds in the morning, and the food itself was very delicious. The location is excellent and the Room was comfortable, so it felt like a great value. We would definitely like to stay again.

A Hotel with Outstanding Greetings from the Housekeeping Staff
I stayed for three nights on a trip with my sister’s family. This was my fourth stay. What stood out most during my stay was how pleasant the housekeeping staff’s greetings were. They cheerfully spoke to us every time we passed, which made the stay very comfortable. This has been a consistently positive impression since my first visit. As for the club lounge, when I visited around year-end previously, cocktail time was quite crowded, but this time it was relatively calm and I could relax and enjoy it. Breakfast was not overly crowded either, but depending on the timing, there were moments when food replenishment did not keep up. On days when I had plans, I couldn’t wait long and kept it light. That said, being able to enjoy alcohol in the morning is a nice feature, and it’s a great plus to be able to have breakfast while relaxing in the lounge. Overall, I would recommend the breakfast. One thing that felt inconvenient was the laundry facilities. At night they were very busy, and when I checked the status on the Room TV, some machines remained unattended for a long time after finishing. In the end, I asked the front desk for help and they handled it, but it would be helpful to have a system that allows smoother turnover when machines are left unused for an extended period after completion.

This was my first time staying here. We reserved a birthday cake, and it was placed in the refrigerator before check-in. The surprise was a huge success. The cake looked wonderful with plenty of fruit, and above all, it was delicious. We also used the club lounge, and the food at each time slot—snacks, cheese, and more—was plentiful, so we enjoyed everything without getting tired of it. Breakfast can be taken in the lounge as well, but we made a Reservation with breakfast included separately. Breakfast at Jinon on the first floor offered a great variety and was very tasty. The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Naha Airport and close to the popular American Village, making it very convenient for sightseeing. With views of Ginowan Marina’s yacht harbor right in front of you, this resort-style Hotel was truly excellent. The facilities were also well equipped—large public bath, indoor pool, hot stone spa (ganbanyoku), and sauna—and we used them all to relax and fully enjoy our stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Okinawa. As expected of Prince. We made our Reservation through IKYU.com and were able to use a limited-time Diamond benefit: hotel credit, an herbal tea perk, and early check-in by one hour. I’m glad we could book through IKYU. Thank you very much.

A Comfortable Stay
I had another comfortable stay and was able to relax. The club lounge was wonderful. However, I feel the quality of the club lounge breakfast has declined compared to before. I was especially surprised at breakfast: even though plain sausages were available, there was also a separate dish of sautéed sausage and potatoes. Since the selection is not very large, I would appreciate it if you could avoid using the same ingredients in multiple dishes. Also, having even one soup option—such as Okinawa soba—would increase satisfaction. I would love to stay again, so I wrote these points for improvement. Other than this, it is an excellent Hotel in every way. Please consider these suggestions.
