HOTEL CLAD

This was our first stay, and it was extremely convenient as the only Accommodation located within the Gotemba Premium Outlets grounds. We arrived at the Hotel early in the morning, and the front desk staff were very kind and attentive. They also stored our luggage for us, so we could head straight to the outlets. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and when we returned to the Hotel, we were promptly shown to our Room.\nIt was also great that guests can use the adjacent bathing Facility free of charge.\nDinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the Hotel restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes—we were very satisfied.\nIn addition, the view of Mt. Fuji from both the large public bath in the bathing Facility and from the Hotel lobby was truly spectacular.\nWe will definitely stay here again.\nThank you very much.

This was my second stay this year.I loved the Mt. Fuji view room last time, so I chose the same plan again.Unfortunately, it was drizzling on the day of my stay and I couldn’t see it.Another great point is that the toilet and shower booth are separate in the room.On a clear day, the view of Mt. Fuji from the room is breathtaking.This time, I was able to catch a brief glimpse early the next morning.I had a plan with breakfast included, but it was disappointing that they ran out of white rice and it took some time before more was brought out.The buffet selection—Japanese, Western, and Chinese—was excellent with nothing to complain about.If I’d had more time, I would have liked to relax a bit longer.It was also nice that there were counter seats for solo guests.All of the hotel staff were friendly and courteous with warm smiles—it was very soothing as well.There is no shop inside the hotel, but I wish they offered some Gotemba souvenirs for sale.I could unwind in the private open-air bath too, and this has become one of my favorite hotels—I’d love to stay again soon.
