They upgraded our Room beyond what we had reserved, and we unexpectedly got to stay in a 120 m² suite.The suite with a spacious ocean-view balcony was simply breathtaking!The blue-themed interior was beautiful as well, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious stay.The restaurant food was excellent, and the freshly fried horse mackerel at the live kitchen and the roast beef really lived up to expectations.At check-in, they asked about the purpose of our trip; when we told them it was for our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate—an unforgettable Hotel stay from start to finish.They also offer Shuttle Service, so even without a car we were able to get there without any trouble.We would love to return.

My wife, our 11-month-old baby, and I stayed in a Terrace Suite. In short, it was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at—so much so that we booked another stay for December the very next day.First of all, the Terrace Suite was incredibly spacious, with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view right in front of us. Because each room is designed to jut out at the corner, neighboring rooms were not in sight, and we loved that we could keep the curtains open while still enjoying great privacy. There were almost no steps inside the room, so we felt safe letting our baby crawl around freely. The toys and baby bath we requested in advance were prepared for us, and the room was spotless throughout—there wasn’t a single thing that felt unclean.We put our baby to sleep in the Japanese-style room; by closing the shoji screens, we could separate the sleeping area from the living space, which meant we could relax comfortably even after putting him down. We were also able to set up our own baby monitor easily.To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the meals—but every dish was excellent and easily among the best food we’ve had at any hotel. There was also a great selection of baby food, showing thoughtful consideration for families with infants. In addition, they separated an area for guests with babies at the dining venue, so even if our child cried a bit, we didn’t feel overly worried about disturbing others and could enjoy our meal as a family.The on-site ball play area was a huge hit with our 11-month-old son! He played happily nonstop and was completely absorbed—it made us very happy as parents to see him having so much fun.The comfort of the room, stunning views, delicious food, and attentive support for families with babies—everything was outstanding. It’s rare to find a hotel where you can stay with an infant this stress-free while everyone in the family truly enjoys themselves. We’re already looking forward to our Christmas stay.
