It was my first stay in a while, and this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The Grace Suite Room was wonderful—spacious and comfortable. There were some issues at check-in with how our luggage was handled, but overall we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed dinner again at the teppanyaki restaurant “Shin,” where the chef who has been taking care of us for nearly 10 years made it a truly enjoyable evening. When we come to Kobe, we will stay with you again. Thank you to all the staff.

The onsen was also delightful with a scenic view from the observation bath and a spacious open-air bath. The high-concentration carbonated bath was very relaxing. I also appreciated having ReFa hair dryers and hair irons available. The staff were all polite and attentive. Althou

Of course, I thoroughly enjoyed the onsen as expected. The breakfast included dishes with a Kobe flair that could be sampled in small portions, making for an extremely satisfying stay. With great value for money and comfort, I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Hotel Okura Kobe has the dignified charm of a long-established Hotel, and everything—from the outstanding staff to the excellent dining—made for unforgettable travel memories. In particular, it was truly pleasant that the staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went. Although it is a first-class Hotel, perhaps thanks to Kobe being such a tourist-friendly city, we were grateful for the strong value for money and reasonable pricing that never felt overly expensive. I would like to make this my regular Accommodation whenever I visit Kobe in the future. I usually choose Okura properties when they offer good value depending on the dates and city, but even so, The Okura Tokyo has become quite expensive. In that respect, this stay in Kobe was genuinely satisfying.

" Thank you for helping with the surprise preparation. The cake, from Toothtooth, was very delicious. The breakfast bread had a variety of options and was enjoyable. However, since it is located in the city, there are only a large bath and a sauna available. Personally, I

Whenever I have morning work in Kobe, I try to recharge here as much as possible. It’s been my routine for years: a bath, sauna, body scrub, and massage, then a relaxed drink and a meal I enjoy. I can go to bed earlier than usual, and in the morning I unwind in the bath before he

We stayed as a family of three. The meals, Onsen, various stone saunas, and everything else were absolutely satisfying. The night view from the Room was especially stunning and we could enjoy it endlessly! The massage staff were highly skilled, providing relaxation for both

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays. True to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving you feeling refreshed in both body and mind. I also love that they regularly offer löyly s

Additionally, when I visited the public bath, I was comforted by a kind and attentive receptionist. Having stayed at numerous Hotels before, this felt like the best hospitality I've ever experienced. Furthermore, during the breakfast buffet, I was impressed by a staff member maki

I can’t speak for the other floors, but as it was the Executive Floor, the Room was spacious and clean, with well-stocked amenities. The large public bath, hot stone spa, and breakfast were all excellent, and overall I was satisfied. As for the lounge, since it’s exclusive to Ex

We stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was very clean and stylish. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and since there was also a sauna in the Room, I got to try a sauna for the first time in my life. The cute little duck we could take home was also adorable. All of the staff were truly polite and kind, which really impressed us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again when we travel to Kobe!

The World Cup final was on in the morning, and we really enjoyed it on the big screen. Our goal as a couple is to stretch out in the large public bath, enjoy the sauna, and have beer during evening time while taking in the night view. After quenching our thirst with beer while sn
