I got a little lost on the way from Shin-Osaka Station to the Hotel due to unfamiliarity with the area, but I was able to find it quickly thanks to its distinctive exterior design. I could leave my luggage before check-in, and the staff's service was polite. Thank you. The ba

In particular, thank you to the front desk staff for your help. The view from the Room was great, and breakfast was excellent with a wide selection—I was very satisfied. I have already made another Reservation for the near future and look forward to visiting again. Highly recomme

This was my second stay. Once again, I enjoyed the spacious Room with a large sofa perfect for relaxing, offering a luxurious space for one person to unwind. I particularly liked the shower booth that can be used while watching TV and the single door right at the entrance of the

I used this place during my visit to Universal Studios. Overall, it was very new and clean, the staff were kind, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to receive complimentary drinks. The large public bath, shampoo bar, and Mirable were exciting features. Although I believe it

The Room was clean, and for a Business trip where you just need a place to sleep, the location is good. However, while it's easy to find and close from Exit 7 of the Midosuji Line, it's very difficult to navigate from the Shinkansen exit. I got quite lost. The bathroom was

Although it is on the opposite side of the Midosuji Line exit, the area around the Hotel is quiet with many convenience stores, making it a valuable choice. Above all, the Room is spacious! The bathroom and toilet are separate! The amenities are well-equipped, and having stay

I stayed for 2 nights. Being a hotel in front of the station, it is very convenient. Additionally, you can reach an outlet mall with about a 15-minute walk. The guest rooms are in a separate building, newly constructed, and very clean like other APA Hotels. One thing to be cautio

I arrived on New Year's Eve and spent the first three days of the year at this Hotel. All the staff were pleasant and had wonderful smiles. Since I was with my one-year-old child, on the second and third days, the front desk staff gave us a gift of assorted sweets, which made

This is a repeat stay following July. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but it was so clean that even non-smokers wouldn't be bothered by any smell or nicotine stains. Additionally, there are bars and izakayas nearby, making it attractive to have dinner close by. If I ever go

Stayed for 3 nights during a trip to Kansai. Conveniently located near Esaka Station, with a rental car service nearby. The area around the hotel had everything, including restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The in-room TV offered unlimited access to Netflix and U-NEXT. Would

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. I stayed in a single Room; while I could feel that the place is generally older, it was spacious enough and I could relax comfortably. A few requests for improvement: - I’d like a foldable luggage rack/sta

The Room was clean and well prepared, and we were able to stay in a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The large public bath was wonderful and helped us feel refreshed both physically and mentally. At check-out, the staff greeted us warmly, which made our departure very pleasant. Than

Even when I checked out and left the Hotel, they were still glued to their tablet without saying "Have a nice day" or any farewell greeting. On a positive note, staff near the entrance of the breakfast venue greeted me warmly. The staff inside the breakfast area also greeted ever

Depending on the direction of your Room, west-facing Rooms offer a clear view of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line trains running continuously from early morning to late night (in the section where they run parallel to elevated roads at ground level). While train views are fascinating,

Moreover, although I was traveling alone this time, my room was upgraded to a twin room, allowing me to enjoy a spacious and very comfortable stay! (The 11:00 AM checkout time was also subtly helpful.) Initially planned for two nights, I had to change it to one night due to circu

This was my first time using the laundry facilities as well. Detergent is free to use, and the coin-operated washer is 200 yen per load, which is quite affordable. The dryer was 200 yen for 30 minutes. Please note that there is no change machine. I will definitely stay here agai

However, the limited amenities and slightly musty smell in the unit bath were noticeable. For this time of year, the price was exceptionally reasonable, offering great value for money. There are also highly popular ramen and breakfast soba shops nearby, which were fantastic. I wo
