This was our second stay. We had such a wonderful time last time that I came again with my mother, who loves art. She was delighted by the tower’s distinctive steel framework running through the Room and the many artworks throughout the Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for kindly explaining everything as she asked questions. At night, Accommodation guests only can take an elevator through a hidden door up to the observation deck. The special touch made our hearts race. Spending time looking out over the quiet city at night felt truly luxurious, and I was able to give my mother a moment that only a Hotel stay can offer. Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and both my mother and I were very satisfied. Afterward, we were even served special petit fours, and we fully enjoyed tea time as well. This time, my mother and I took a relaxing stroll around Sakae on this one-night, two-day mini trip with staying at this Hotel as our main purpose. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. I met my daughter, who came from the Kansai area, at Nagoya Station and we headed to your Hotel together. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious first-floor lobby with its calm atmosphere, as well as the views and elegance of the Espacio Lounge on the upper floors. We were also very satisfied with our Room and the various services provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a birthday commemorative stay together—my first trip after recovering from illness—and made full use of both the pool and the large public bath. Choosing a stay with lounge access was truly the right decision. From afternoon tea onward, every food presentation offered items unique to Nagoya, all of which we enjoyed very much. I was also deeply moved by the hospitality of all your staff. Saying “We definitely want to come again,” we each began our journey home. Thank you again for helping make this a memorable moment during our summer holiday.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

I’ve stayed at capsule Hotels before, but this capsule Hotel was excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and the lounge offered meals and drinks—plus free alcohol at night, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, and it’s rare to find a capsule Hotel like this. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.\nSince we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help.\nThe lunch was also very delicious.\nIf I have the chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again.\nIf I had one request about the Room, I would prefer the washbasin area to have a door. We stayed as a parent and child this time, and it felt a bit lacking in privacy.\nOverall, it was an excellent Hotel.\nThank you very much.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.

Unlimited access to the neighboring spa Facility is a great perk. With so many types of baths, my favorite is the carbonated spring in the open-air bath.

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to LEGOLAND, the Hotel stored our luggage (you can also check in, but you can’t enter the Room until after 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening all the way until closing at 6:00 PM (we went on a total of 24 rides—so much fun!), then headed back to the Hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! In the lobby there’s a large LEGO pool (a play area filled with LEGO bricks) and a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas themed like a Western castle, pirate ship, and ninja castle—kids will be thrilled. The buffet-style restaurant has LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere, which makes it so exciting. There were so many spots in this Hotel that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly choose everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are also Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style sides—and it’s all delicious. There are plenty of drinks and desserts too. The elevator won’t operate unless you tap your Room key. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it’s moving and fun music plays. In the hallway there are vending machines and a free ice machine (super convenient). The vending machines are pricey—one bottle of Coke is 300 yen—but there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so if you want something you’ll need to buy it here. In the Room they provide four small bottles of I LOHAS water plus drink options like cocoa powder, coffee, black tea, and green tea. You can make hot cocoa with boiled water and quickly chill it with ice from down the hall. Both the hallway and Rooms are packed with LEGO details—it’s amazing! From the adults’ bedroom you can see illuminated LEGOLAND right in front of you. The kids sleep in a separate space across from them with the bathroom in between: bunk beds plus a puzzle treasure box. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV. The bathroom was a unit bath style but spacious enough, and it dried quickly after use so it didn’t feel damp. The Hotel staff were mostly young people, but everyone was very kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with big smiles. It was truly a wonderful Hotel. I’d love to stay again!

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Meieki Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed at the Washington Hotel for four nights from the 20th to the 24th. On the first day, there was a water leak while I was taking a bath, so I contacted the front desk. They promptly prepared another Room for us (an upgrade). Thank you very much for taking such good care of my daughter and me. Since it is located in central Sakae, we were able to use the Sakae subway to visit many places without needing taxis. We also had amazing seats at two live shows. The Hotel staff were all very pleasant, and we would like to stay here again next time. Thank you for a wonderful four-day trip to Nagoya.
