Upon entering, it felt like a dreamland with Kumamon dolls, two sets of bunk beds, a slide (super fast!), free-flow drinks including juice and alcohol, toys placed everywhere, and a huge cypress bath—truly a special room for both adults and children to enjoy. Watching my child p

On the morning of checkout, she was so sad to part with Kumamon that she burst into tears (laugh). Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were all very kind and attentive. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended Hotel!

I ended up creating a membership card. When leaving the Hotel, the staff would say "Have a nice day," and upon returning, "Welcome back." The staff's service was excellent. The Room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I would like to stay at this Hotel again

Thank you for your stay. Conveniently located near the bus terminal, Kumamoto Castle, and the downtown area, yet very reasonably priced. The front desk and breakfast staff provided excellent service, and when I dropped my chopsticks, they promptly brought me a new pair. The s

I was there for a live event, and the access was great, so I was very satisfied. The best part was definitely the front desk staff's service. When I went out, they said "Have a nice day," which made me a little happy. The chair in the room was comfortable to sit on, and the

Also, the good taste of that space is wonderful. I occasionally have a one-night stay in Kumamoto, but it was truly an excellent hotel where I could spend my time comfortably. I'm surprised at why I hadn't noticed it until now. I will definitely stay again; thank you to al

After the marathon, I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the large public bath. The changing room is quite compact and can get crowded with 3 to 4 people, but it was still nice to unwind in the spacious tub. It's unfortunate that it will be closing at the end of February. The convenience

We stayed in a room for three people this time, so an extra bed was added, making the room slightly smaller. However, it was very clean and we were satisfied. The room being barrier-free was a great feature. Recently, as my elderly mother uses the facilities, I tend to evalua
