The modern black-themed interior with greenery and jazz music as background added an elegant touch despite already being so clean. Even the placement of trash bins in the changing room was stylish. The abundant use of wood throughout the building and rooms was also lovely. The

I chose Tsurugashima because it is close to my family home in Sakado City. I have used this accommodation multiple times, and the 11:00 AM checkout time is very convenient. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. The location near the station makes it easy to reach

The twin room was spacious with an excellent view. Conveniently located near the station, it was only a 15-minute walk to the venue. Nearby ramen and udon shops were crowded but worth the wait for their delicious taste. We also enjoyed exploring Hanno's attractions such as Tenran

The front desk service was excellent, and the cleaning staff greeted us pleasantly. The Chinese dinner included dessert, and the breakfast buffet featured particularly delicious curry. The cost performance was excellent, and we were very satisfied. The only disappointment w

I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful ambiance and the distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such an exceptional space an

We stayed here during our visit to Saitama Children's Zoo with our 2-year-old son. Although we checked in much later than planned, the staff provided a very accommodating response over the phone. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at both the parking lot entrance and the hotel entrance, which was especially touching given the harsh cold weather. The onsen in the annex had its outdoor bath closed due to freezing conditions, but the indoor bath had excellent water quality. The washing area felt slightly chilly though. I took my son to enjoy the panoramic bath on the 12th floor of the hotel, where baby soap was thoughtfully provided—this was incredibly helpful! The room was clean and well-maintained; we had requested a Hollywood twin bed setup in advance, and they kindly accommodated this request as well. The hospitality truly stood out as exceptional! While I felt that breakfast could use some improvement, considering its cost-performance ratio and overall experience, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much!

A complimentary light dinner of curry was provided, which was very delicious and delightful. Insert the Room key and turn it to activate electricity; charging devices is not possible when you're away, and using business cards or point cards is not allowed. The Hotel parking

We had a wonderful two-day stay. Upon arrival, we were guided to our room with a detailed explanation, and the room located on an elevated spot offered a stunning view. I booked the Anniversary Plan to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and he was delighted with the decorations and cake—it was worth making the reservation. The meals were plentiful, leaving us completely satisfied when we left the accommodation. The atmosphere seemed enjoyable even in colder seasons, so we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

The Facility was clean, well-maintained, and absolutely fantastic! If you love saunas, this is a must-stay. The private sauna, available anytime, allows you to relax without worrying about others. The staff were kind and attentive! For areas of improvement, here are some suggestions: 1. Please consider adding screens to the windows. Being surrounded by nature, I wanted to enjoy the fresh air and the sound of insects even from inside the Room. However, I hesitated to open the windows since there were no screens. Although I stayed in early October when there were fewer insects, having screens would be preferable. 2. Please clean the windows. The windows were dirty with traces of dust and sand from outside. Since the Room itself was very clean, it felt like a missed opportunity! As the Room overlooks the courtyard, including the jacuzzi and BBQ terrace, attention to detail in cleaning these areas would enhance the experience. 3. The smell in the Room with the fireplace was a bit strong. This is likely due to the burning wood, so it’s understandable, but I noticed it when I first entered the Room. The main building had a lovely aroma, so perhaps some measures could be taken for the Rooms as well. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely return! This has become one of my favorite Facilities, and I look forward to seeing future improvements!

We got caught in traffic and barely made it in time for dinner, but they extended the time for us, and we were able to enjoy the buffet. Thank you so much to all the staff for your warm smiles! The room was also very clean and lovely! ...I now want a hammock at home too. Haha I definitely want to come back again to enjoy the property more leisurely next time.
