The consistently reliable service at each Hotel is a real plus, and I can stay with peace of mind anywhere. For this stay, I made a Reservation for the Millennial Double in the Annex Tower that I’d been curious about, and it exceeded my expectations. The large window offered a g

The woman who assisted with the check-in process had such a lovely smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comf

The room I reserved was upgraded due to the original grade being fully booked, and it was an excellent room. Thank you very much. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer. I enjoyed listening to music with Alexa. There was a capsule coffee machine, so I brought my own coffee

As a smoker, I greatly appreciate having a hotel where smoking is allowed. The guest rooms are relatively new and clean, but it would have been nice if there were coin laundry facilities available. The male staff provided excellent service; however, there was one female staff

After checking in safely, the hallway (including the stairs) was hot, but the air conditioning worked well in the guest Room and I was able to stay comfortably. There’s a convenience store nearby, so even with a late-night check-in it wasn’t inconvenient. The area was quiet, and

Recently, hotel prices in Tokyo have become very high, so I searched for a way to stay cheaply and ended up making a reservation here. The room had a slight smell of tobacco, which was a bit tough to get used to at first, but at this price, the only other option is a capsule ho

The other day, I stayed here with my child during a trip to explore Tokyo. Everyone at the front desk and all the staff were very kind and courteous, and we were able to relax. They also had a great selection of manga across many genres, including the latest volumes, which ma
