The fresh Itoshima vegetables, the wide variety of dishes, and even eel rice available from the morning made the kids absolutely delighted. It was a truly enjoyable breakfast buffet. I’d love to stay here again.

I’m a repeat guest and have stayed here many times whenever I visit Fukuoka. This time, our family of four booked two twin Rooms. The Accommodation Fee is very reasonable, breakfast is free, the location is right in front of the station (almost inside it), parking is free, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket next door—everything you could ask for. I highly recommend it to anyone. All staff members at reception, in the restaurant, and housekeeping were kind and welcoming. Since we were attending a baseball game and couldn’t predict our check-in time, they also accommodated us flexibly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. The mentaiko was a big hit with my whole family. If I could share one suggestion, having milk available next to the coffee would make it perfect. Even though there were many group guests staying at the same time, they managed breakfast buffet timing well by staggering schedules, so we had a completely stress-free stay. Thank you very much.

I used this place because I had work nearby early in the morning and couldn’t risk being late due to weather or traffic. It was a women-only dormitory Room with four bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Check-in was around 6:00 p.m., and I was the first to arrive. It was unmanned and the procedure was done on a tablet, but it went smoothly with no issues. I could use the lower bunk at the very back of the Room after entering. As I’d seen in Reviews, it got quite dark when I closed the curtain, so I brought a small light with me—it was really helpful. Bringing an S-hook and one hanger also turned out to be the right choice. Since I had a lower bunk, I hooked them onto the frame of the upper bunk. The Room lights seemed to be set to turn off automatically—maybe around 11:00 p.m.? The hallway lights were motion-sensor. Since it was a weekday stay, there was only one other person. There was no snoring from my roommate and it was quiet, so I took out the provided earplugs partway through. People were quiet, but the air-conditioning (ventilation fan?) noise was fairly noticeable. I slept without being bothered by outside noise. Although it’s a women-only Room, there wasn’t a lock at the entrance—just a regular door. A bath towel is provided, and there are women’s shower booths, but there wasn’t a women-only sink area. There is a hair dryer at the shared sink area, but no chair, so getting ready in the morning may be difficult. I only needed somewhere to sleep for one night, and since it’s conveniently located near both the station and restaurants, I was satisfied. I went by car, but it seems like there is no longer parking behind the building. There is coin parking nearby for 500 yen.

This was my first time staying at this type of Hotel, so I was a bit anxious, but I was able to stay at this price even on a weekend, and the staff were kind, so I was very satisfied. However, one of the guests sharing the room had poor manners and used a hair dryer and made loud noises late at night (around 1:30–2:00 a.m.), which is prohibited, so I couldn’t sleep.

This was my third visit to Itoshima, the first in two years. Last time, after heavy rain the day before, it suddenly turned into a midsummer day, and the breathtaking sunset—changing moment by moment against the vast ocean—was truly moving. I enjoyed delicious food and the relaxed pace that only an all-inclusive stay can offer. This time had a different atmosphere and some changes. Arriving in a downpour with luggage, I climbed the stone steps to check in. What surprised me right away was “10:00 checkout”! I never expected it to be an hour earlier—maybe a pitfall of being a repeat guest? I was told it was changed because lunch service starts at 11:00 with reservations… but 10:00 still feels far too early. Since we spend about four hours round trip for an overnight stay, we want to relax as much as possible. If possible, I hope you will consider setting check-in to 16:00 and returning checkout to 11:00—I would be glad if this request from repeat guests reaches you. This time we dined while watching the post-rain evening scenery, and the food was just as delicious as ever—I was very satisfied. The soup course in particular had wonderful Japanese dashi flavor and was deeply comforting, and the tempura made from fresh squid (prepared after sashimi) was especially appreciated; as someone who loves cooking at home, having a professional fry dishes is a real treat. It was also disappointing not to see any of the staff members from previous visits. The photo shows “Itoshima Bay—an evening view after the rain.”

The Facilities feel a bit dated, but they seem to have been renovated, and I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. The front desk and service were fine as well.\nSince it’s a unit bath, it feels a little cramped, but the water pressure was strong enough that I could bathe without stress.\nThe bed is an Airweave, and I felt like it helped relieve my fatigue. Even though I didn’t sleep long, I slept very soundly.\nI enjoyed complimentary alcoholic drinks and coffee in the lounge. There were also small packaged snacks, so I could spend the short time before meeting up comfortably.\nIt’s close to the station with great access, so I’d like to stay again. I regret not visiting some nearby places that looked good for sightseeing.
