The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

This was my third stay. They responded quickly even to sudden changes. The staff are always very kind, and both the Room and the entire building are thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time in a clean and comfortable environment. I also relaxed while enjoying the greenery in the park visible from the Room, as well as in the large public bath inside the Accommodation. Dinner was also very delicious. I was very satisfied again this time, and I was especially happy that my mother enjoyed it as well. I will stay again in winter. Thank you very much again.

This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera “Mitridate, King of Pontus.” You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated 5 out of 5, but honestly it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium design that looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights it can be difficult when staying on higher floors. Because it’s open through multiple levels, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights you should book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested an extension at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays with our family of five after a day at Disney. We used a Room with two bunk beds—our kids’ favorite. When making the Reservation, we expected a typical Business Hotel, but the woman at reception was refreshingly kind and welcoming—almost like a Disney cast member. After an exhausting, scorching summer day at Disney, her hospitality truly made an impression. The Room was more spacious than expected, and unlike many budget bunk-bed hotels, there was no “where do we put our luggage?” problem. Even with our bags lined up along the wall by the TV, we still had plenty of space to walk around comfortably. Everything was perfectly clean, and we felt safe using the bathroom with our children. We will definitely consider this Accommodation again when we visit Disney. One request: We arrived at 10:30 PM and all nearby paid parking lots were full. After driving around repeatedly—and honestly debating street parking—we ended up parking in a park lot because there is a police station next door. However, it didn’t seem to have security cameras and the area was deserted late at night, so we were worried about theft. Since we couldn’t reserve parking at the Hotel, this happened—so we hope there can be some improvement regarding parking availability.

It was my first time having a microwave in the room, and it was even more convenient than I expected. Everything was kept very clean, the TV was large and could play YouTube, and it was comfortable to live as usual even while traveling. The location is also great—no transfers needed on the Tozai Line, close to the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants on the way from the station to the Hotel. It was so convenient that it made me want to live here. On top of that, maybe because it was a campaign rate, it was an excellent value—I could enjoy top-level comfort without overdoing it. It’s sure to become popular! A place I almost don’t want to share (lol).

Because my last stay was very comfortable, this is my second visit. A family member traveling with me had hurt their foot, and we were given a Room near the elevator, which greatly reduced walking and was a big help. The Room layout has the sink in a separate hallway area, making it easy to use even when someone is in the bath, which is very convenient and something I really like. The staff’s thoughtfulness was excellent, and this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed here after enjoying Disney late into the night with my grandchild. Being able to stretch out and soak in the bathtub was truly appreciated—it helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. The foot massage also relieved tiredness and swelling in my legs. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient. In the morning, there was hot coffee available at the welcome drink area, which was perfect for me since I have a daily coffee habit. I’d love to stay again.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

We planned a “family reunion” trip at the end of summer vacation and stayed at Maihama View Hotel by HULIC, Hearth Symphony Room—absolutely the right choice. Since it was our grandchild’s first time in Maihama just after turning one, we didn’t go to the Disney Resort; instead, we caught a glimpse of Disneyland’s “Reach for the Stars” from the Hotel, and the adults enjoyed the large bath and sauna. We also really enjoyed the lounge, which was available from 12:00 on our arrival day until 4:00 p.m. the next day. In central Tokyo Hotels it can be difficult to bring a baby into a lounge, so we chose Maihama this time, and everyone at this Hotel was truly kind to our baby—we were very grateful. Since there were four of us in one Room and a baby crib wouldn’t fit, we requested bed guards; when our grandchild got excited and kept moving around and we spoke with the front desk, they even surrounded two beds with bed guards for us. The amenities were excellent as well—bath salts, face masks, and more—making it a wonderful break for our daughter who is raising children. We’d love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

The food quality is exceptional—everything we tried was truly delicious. The breakfast buffet is not only tasty, but the staff also keep it clean and well organized at all times, so you can enjoy it comfortably. The Room facilities are not brand-new, but everything—including the bathrooms—is thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. From the doorman onward, many of the staff are incredibly kind and greet you with warm smiles, which makes you feel welcome. Rather than staying just to visit a theme park, this is a Hotel that makes you want to stay simply because you want to stay at Hotel Okura—a place full of heartfelt hospitality.

We stayed here for our first fan trip, and both the exterior and the interior were wonderful. We were very happy that our Room was upgraded for four guests. The staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay very comfortable. I was personally pleased to find bath salts among the amenities. For breakfast, we could make a Reservation via QR code at our preferred time, so we weren’t tied to a schedule and could head to the buffet at a relaxed pace. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all well-seasoned and delicious. With early-bird discounts and campaigns, the price was great value, making this an extremely satisfying fan trip. My friends were also very happy, and we’re already talking about staying here again. We look forward to seeing you next time as well. Thank you very much!!

We stayed here after enjoying a rainy day at DisneySea. Our shoes and socks got soaked, but the shoe dryer in the Room was a huge help! They dried quickly, and we were able to head home the next day feeling comfortable in dry shoes. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The water dispensers on each floor were also convenient. It was great to have a Lawson on-site so we could buy a late-night snack. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Disney. The Hotel is new, clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. I spent most of my time working on my laptop in the Room, and it was quiet, so I was able to get a lot done. There are also many convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The Hotel also has vending machines and coin laundry facilities, so it seems popular with both business travelers and tourists. The Hotel staff were always kind as well. If I have plans in the area again, I would definitely stay at this Hotel next time.

I stayed at a discounted Room, and although there were a few minor scratches on the door and around the water fixtures, it didn’t bother me at all. Since it was raining, I really appreciated the shoe dryer in the Room—it was extremely helpful. The large public bath was also very clean and very relaxing.

We stayed the night before our child’s birthday trip to Disney. It has become an annual tradition for the past few years, and we always have a very comfortable stay. When I mentioned it was for a birthday at the time of Reservation, we were happy to find a lovely message card in our Room. The lounge is fantastic, with snacks and drinks available. There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. If you can’t find what you need there, there’s an station building nearby and an AEON mall just a short walk away. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, but it’s only one stop by train, so getting there is easy. We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay—thank you very much. We also went to the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied.

This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. Thank you very much.
