If you head toward the windmill landmark, you’ll find the Hotel right below it, so it’s easy to locate. From the Room, with Kouri Island in a diagonal view, the sea is just a few meters away. Dinner was decent. Breakfast was Japanese-style and delicious, featuring grilled salmon as the main dish. Western guests also stay here, and I think this Accommodation has a pretty good reputation.

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. We visited with four relatives. We were worried about the weather until the day before, but it cleared up from the evening, and the night view from the Sky Terrace was wonderful. We chose Chinese cuisine, and in a private Room with a round table for four, the dishes were light and refreshing; even though we ate a lot, it didn’t feel heavy, and everything was delicious. The Room had been renovated, and we could smell the fresh tatami mats, which made our stay very comfortable. The bath was a bit far from our Room, but it was very nice. The only disappointing thing was that there was no mirror in the Room, and the toilet, bath/shower area, and sink were all together in one very small space, which was quite inconvenient for four women to use. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the dining staff—was pleasant and very kind. It’s close to central Osaka City, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much.

I stayed without high expectations due to some negative reviews, but the room was spacious and there were no particular issues. It was conveniently located near USJ and Expo, and I was happy to stay at an affordable price.

I often stay here when I have to work on Saturdays. The Room is clean, and I wake up feeling refreshed. Breakfast is delicious too. I’d love to stay again.

It was great that we could go to the Hotel right after visiting Greenland. The Room had a child’s bed added, which we appreciated, but it made the space very cramped. The Room felt more like a Business Hotel and was different from what we expected. However, the dinner included an all-you-can-drink option, which was very satisfying.

The meals were delicious, and the view from the Room was excellent.

The Hotel itself is quite old, and the Room also felt dated—but even for me as a Gen G, it somehow made me smile. It had a nostalgic feel and was a very relaxing place. Even the bath in the Room felt homey and calming. It was a bit chilly so I couldn’t swim in the sea, but since there’s a beach, I think it would be really enjoyable during summer vacation season. Also, breakfast portions were very large—possibly too much for women or children. I regret not asking for a smaller portion before it was served to avoid wasting food. Everyone was very kind, and unlike many modern Hotels that are all-inclusive and can feel busy or noisy with “this and that,” it was wonderfully peaceful. I’d love to come back during swimming season. From what I researched, there aren’t any shops nearby within easy walking distance, but the shop inside the Hotel was open until 10:00 PM, which was very helpful.

The owner was very kind. The weather wasn’t great, but we had a wonderful time in the clean, warm pool! We’d love to come again!

We stayed here with three generations to celebrate my mother's birthday. We were able to spend a luxurious and relaxing time. The staff at the accommodation were wonderful and very considerate, thank you so much. With cats around, it was the perfect accommodation for us cat lovers.

This villa offers an incredible and luxurious space that is hard to believe exists in Japan. The rooms and amenities are of the highest quality, allowing you to enjoy a completely comfortable and indulgent stay. The service is exceptional, with the manager providing attentive guidance and promptly addressing any requests with great care. The bath and sauna are truly special. With features like a standing cold plunge pool and a meticulously designed relaxation room, you can experience ultimate relaxation—just be careful not to fall asleep! The facilities exude elegance, immersing you in an extraordinary atmosphere that feels otherworldly. Meals feature local ingredients from Wakayama, carefully selected daily from the market by the head chef who prepares them artistically and serves them on stylish tableware. The evening course was absolutely delicious and left us completely satisfied, while breakfast was equally delightful as we enjoyed it overlooking the seaside—a truly luxurious experience. It was a thoroughly satisfying trip—thank you very much!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the otherworldly atmosphere and the ideal scenery. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and it became a special Accommodation that our whole family was truly satisfied with and wants to visit every year.

Thank you for your hospitality. The view was wonderful, and we made lovely memories. However, I had requested a birthday cake with the message plate saying "Happy Birthday Mam," but it was written as "Man" instead. This changed the meaning, and I couldn't take any photos, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the staff were very polite and attentive, and I am satisfied overall. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night as a couple. The building's design was very stylish, and the bath was absolutely amazing! Although we couldn't use the pool during this season, it seems like a must-try in summer. The Room had a projector, but we couldn't figure out how to use it this time. There was some dust in small areas, so it would be great if cleaning could be more thorough. Also, clearer instructions on how to use the Facility would be helpful. Still, we had an extraordinary and special experience that we don't usually get to enjoy. We look forward to staying again in a different season!

Rather than spending the trip staying inside a Hotel or Ryokan, I was able to fulfill every wish: enjoying delicious food in the great outdoors, taking in the mountains and starry skies, soaking in the Onsen, and truly refreshing both body and mind. The entire Facility was impeccably clean and comfortable, and above all, I was delighted by the staff’s warm hospitality. Many of them are young, but it was clear through every interaction how well trained and knowledgeable they are. Their thoughtful attention to detail made the stay enjoyable from start to finish—I’m so glad we came. With the wine pairing at dinner, we were able to enjoy a variety of wines, and the kinki (rockfish) acqua pazza was especially outstanding. The Shuttle Service from Nagano Station also made getting there worry-free, resulting in two very satisfying days. Thank you very much. I feel the Accommodation rate is well worth it. Next time, I’d love to visit with my son as well.

I’ve always loved CABaN clothing, so when I heard they were opening an Accommodation, I knew I wanted to stay there someday. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great on the day, so we didn’t use the pool, but we had a wonderful time at the stylish bar on-site. We were both thrilled—“Can we really drink this kind of great alcohol for free?” The bartender’s stories were also very entertaining. The Room was the nicest of any Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. A dream come true for anyone who loves interior design. The fridge was stocked with champagne and local craft beer, all included in the Room rate—perfect for anyone who enjoys drinks. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast while looking out over the sea in Hayama. Every dish was delicious, and we ended up drinking far more than we could believe. (Drinks at dinner are charged separately.) It truly felt like a dream to spend such a luxurious time there. We’d love to visit again for an anniversary or another special occasion. Thank you very much.

What’s fascinating about Nana’s philosophy is how deliberately it reduces “information density.” Even with just a one-night stay, I could clearly feel the Accommodation’s concept: 1) No excessive signage or posters inside 2) No filling the space with background music 3) Avoiding harsh lighting 4) Minimizing digital noise as much as possible Through the space, sound, light, and service, it conveyed the idea that “silence isn’t emptiness—it’s a state where only what’s necessary remains.” The staff were outstanding from the moment I pulled into the parking area until they saw me off the next morning. I believe this reflects an intentional design by the owners (a couple): creating a place to Clear people’s senses. 5) The main focus is not “people,” but “place” and “nature” → Prioritizing “what you feel” over “who made it.” 6) A commitment to completing the Accommodation as a “work” → Only three rooms; no adding more Facility features. No indiscriminate advertising. → A mindset of “only those who understand need to come,” aligned with traditional house restoration values. You could say this is for travelers whose purpose is to feel restored and re-centered: 7) Your body resets in the Onsen 8) Your senses reset through fire and food 9) Your mind resets through satoyama landscapes and an old folk house → Redefining travel from consumption to renewal. As tools for restoration, it offers free-flowing natural hot spring water, silence, an aesthetic space, and an Accommodation with high experiential value. → Not just “staying overnight,” but a trip where something changes. Nana’s philosophy feels almost perfectly aligned—its ideas and their realization overlap naturally. Among all the places I’ve stayed in Japan over the past few years, this was the best. In other words, choosing Nana—even for just one night—as a journey to re-center my senses and experience it as a complete work turned out exactly right. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, this was a special entire-home rental Hotel that felt less like “staying overnight” and more like truly inhabiting the space. The view of Oku-Kawaguchiko through the large windows changed throughout the day: in the evening, a quiet lake surface with shadows of trees; at night, forest air with almost no sound; and in the morning, soft light streaming onto a misty lake. It was the kind of place where you just want to keep watching the scenery. The interior felt luxurious yet calming, with thoughtful details in everything from lighting and furniture to sound. It naturally made us want to slow down—cooking with a beer in hand, enjoying fresh air on the terrace after the sauna—and even while spending time together, there was an unhurried sense of space. What stood out most was the morning kayaking experience. Paddling out onto a quiet Lake Kawaguchi before many people were around felt incredible. The water was as calm as a mirror, reflecting the surrounding mountains and forest. It felt less like sightseeing and more like we were floating alone in nature—easily my most memorable moment of this stay. The Facility side was also very comfortable: with well-stocked kitchenware and amenities, we could enjoy high-quality time without much preparation. This isn’t just an Accommodation for sleeping—it’s a place where the experience itself changes depending on the season and how you spend your time. Next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay and soak up this atmosphere even more slowly.
