I stayed here for my younger sister’s birthday. The beef in the kaiseki course with Shinshu Premium Beef was very tender, and even when it cooled down, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy—absolutely delicious. All the other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because I mentioned the birthday in advance, we also received a surprise gift, which made us very happy. The Onsen was wonderful too, and my sister said it was a shame we only managed to use it twice. From the warm welcome on arrival to being seen off at departure, it felt heartfelt all the way through—not just a quick goodbye at the front desk. Thank you very much.

The staff at the Hotel were very attentive, the Hotel was clean, and the large public bath was especially excellent! I would love to stay again!

Staying here feels exciting—like a theme park inspired by the Nebuta Festival. Great hospitality, and the food is excellent. I’d definitely come back.

This was my first trip to Iwate Prefecture. It’s far from home, so I hesitated a bit, but since I could use a municipal Discount Coupon, I decided to book—and I’m glad I did. I had seen a Review saying check-in took a long time, but for me it was around 3:50 p.m. on a weekday and everything went smoothly with no issues. The Room was new and impeccably clean. It was a Room with a semi-open-air bath, and I really appreciated having two bath mats and two thick bath towels per person. The tuna carving show was fun, and the food was delicious. What impressed me most was the excellent service. I wish I could give six stars! From the Shuttle Service driver from Morioka Station to the dining staff—everyone was polite and kind. The temperature of the open-air bath in my Room felt a little cool late at night, so at 5:00 a.m. I called the front desk even though I felt bad about it. They came to my Room right away without showing any displeasure and adjusted the temperature for me. They were so pleasant that it left me feeling warmly cared for, and it really stayed with me. The reason I rated “Guest room & amenities” as 4 is that there were no towels in the toilet area of the Room, and there were no shower caps or hair ties. For women who take multiple baths, these are essential, so please consider providing them. I’m truly glad we made the trip. Even my usually critical husband praised both the meals and how comfortable the Room was. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for giving us such wonderful memories. I would definitely like to stay again.

I was extremely satisfied with this wonderful Hotel. The Room, bath, view, and food were all outstanding! Without a doubt, it’s the best Hotel or Ryokan I’ve ever stayed at. It’s quiet, and the adults-only environment is excellent. We also enjoyed the lovely bar—it felt like a waste to leave after just one night. Next time, we’ll come to Hokkaido just to stay here!

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

There was a complimentary drink service next to the front desk, and our children were very happy with it. The hotel also had plenty of kid-friendly facilities, such as a stamp rally and an arcade, which was really helpful. In particular, there was a great selection of books on the shelves, including many children’s books, which we appreciated. The meals also featured plenty of seasonal ingredients and were easy to enjoy. The hot spring bath area was spacious and convenient to use. We would definitely like to visit again.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the title of this Accommodation, and it was absolutely the right choice! This is a simple, historic Accommodation, yet it feels spotless throughout. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the Onsen water. The “Taste of Local Bounty” dining menu was especially memorable—above all, being able to bite into a whole river fish from head to tail was an experience you won’t find elsewhere.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles. They informed us about the chance to see fireflies at night, and when we went to check it out after our bath, we were amazed by the numerous fireflies. We also appreciated that the lighting was dimmed for better viewing. The Room was spacious, and both the private bath and large public bath were excellent.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

I stayed here on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. Even though my Shinkansen arrived late, you came to pick me up, which was a great help. Also, being able to use the large public bath 24 hours a day was perfect for soothing my tired body. Staying at NASPA New Otani made this a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

Thanks to our wonderful experience at Tamura, we’ve already decided on another Onsen trip next month. This year might turn into a year of exploring Onsen destinations! If we stay in Shima Onsen again, my friend and I agreed that Tamura would definitely be our choice once more—w

First time visiting. All the staff were kind and courteous, and check-in was quick, so we were able to get into our Room early and relax. The steak and roast beef set meal brought to our Room was very delicious. In the morning, we also enjoyed breakfast, including egg dishes such as a tasty omelet. The large public bath and open-air bath felt too hot for me. Even the indoor bath somehow felt a bit hot as well. There was also a sauna and cold plunge pool, so we were able to enjoy the Onsen. Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained, and we could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere.

I stayed for one night while sightseeing in Otaru. The Hotel has great access to the main street, and there is a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—I was almost disappointed that I couldn’t finish everything. Since the Hotel is new, it was clean overall, but it was a bit disappointing to find mold around the Room’s plumbing areas (such as the base of the sink faucet and the corners of the bathtub). That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Otaru.

This was my second stay. Just like last time, I was very satisfied. Each dish was well seasoned, and the freshly fried tempura was delicious. The sushi was slightly dry, but still acceptable. Since it was a buffet, empty plates were cleared quickly, so I could go back for seconds comfortably. I would like to come again.

After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. You can enjoy the gentle Yubatake Onsen in the calm, refined atmosphere of a long-established Ryokan. The food is delicious, but above all, the staff are exceptionally kind. Every visit leaves me impressed by their outstanding service. At check-out, the gracious proprietress sees you off with great care, and you can truly feel how her attentiveness is reflected throughout the entire team.

I stayed here again, as I did last year. This time, I split my stay into two parts: 2 nights and then 3 nights—first on the east side, and the last 3 nights on the west side. The west side is better. I plan to stay here again next year.

This Hotel is very cozy and located in a quiet riverside area. It’s a short walk to the center of Jozankei, but it’s perfect for a post-meal stroll, and you can also enjoy the illuminated Toyohira River. The meals focus on quality over quantity; each dish made the most of its ingredients, and everything was delicious. The Onsen bathing area is on the smaller side, but since this Ryokan has only a few Rooms, it never felt crowded (weekday Monday stay during Obon week).

I decided to visit Shizukuishi Station using the “Dokoka ni Viewn” travel plan and discovered Hotel Aishinkan in Tsunagi Onsen. I stayed at its sister property, Hotel Shion, the day before, and then stayed at Hotel Aishinkan on the second day. What made me choose it was the Yakiniku Hige dinner course. The amount and quality of the meat were both very satisfying, and being able to enjoy authentic cold noodles was fantastic. The staff were also very pleasant, so I ended up ordering an extra regular portion of cold noodles and additional meat as well. My stomach and my heart were full. Because it’s all-inclusive, I could enjoy my favorite beer at the yakiniku venue without worrying about the cost. After a bath, I could also freely enjoy alcohol in the lounge, which had a wonderful atmosphere. At breakfast, beer was available even in the morning; while I felt the breakfast selection was a little limited, I had reserved the Onsen Liner for my return trip so I could relax and enjoy it without concern. I used the large public bath and open-air bath so many times I lost count—it was truly a fun trip. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but this is definitely one of the places I’d like to visit again.
