I was able to fully relax and heal my exhausted body after caregiving. Thank you for taking care of me. I felt the food was a little strongly seasoned, but I finished everything! It was a very good rest. I look forward to staying with you again.

The proprietress was truly wonderful. Although the Facility is old, it was kept very clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The bath in particular had been renovated and was spotless. And since it’s an Onsen, I didn’t get chilled afterward, and my body stayed warm for quite a while after bathing. It was so nice that I went in again the next morning. The meals were just the right amount, and the sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays as a family of three. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and it made our trip truly wonderful.

This was our first time staying here. We made a Reservation with a very good-value Plan, but one person suddenly couldn’t make it. When we informed the staff, they handled it very flexibly, which truly helped us. It was our daughter’s birthday, and they also arranged a birthday cake separately. The staff and other guests offered congratulatory words as well, and our daughter was delighted. The meals included some items prepared in advance, but the Joshu beef sukiyaki and fresh sashimi were especially delicious. Rice, miso soup, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we could enjoy seconds without hesitation—this was excellent. The Room was very spacious; the tatami mats looked newly replaced, there were no areas that concerned us in terms of cleanliness, and we stayed comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the large public bath had wonderful water quality. There was also a cooler “refreshing bath” available only in summer at a lower temperature, which made it comfortable for the children too. All employees were kind and helpful. Above all, it left an impression to see energetic senior staff cheerfully greeting guests while pushing large carts. Everyone worked so efficiently that it gave us energy as well. I’m sure there are various Reviews out there, but for our family this has definitely become a place of wonderful memories—thank you very much! Also, the flowers were properly arranged with fresh blooms; I admired how well they are maintained despite how much work that must be. Next time we’d love to return with the person who couldn’t come this time as well.

I’ve stayed here about 10 times. It’s a Hotel with Facilities that have a nostalgic Showa-era vibe, and I absolutely love the atmosphere!!! Even though it’s right in the heart of Ikebukuro, it has a large public bath—and even an open-air bath!!! The meals are generous, and best of all, the draft beer served in an ice-cold frosty mug was amazing.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

I can only describe it with simple words like wonderful smiles and warm hospitality, but the harmony of Thai and Kyoto culture near Kyoto Station was truly impressive. Not over the top or intrusive—just right, and exactly as expected. It made me want to come back again soon. The autumn-leaves sushi was exquisite.

Last time I stayed here, I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but this time I made a request anyway. Our twin room was on the second floor, and when I opened the window in the morning, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me—what an amazing sight. I could also see it clearly from the open-air bath in the morning. The breakfast was delicious as well, and we truly appreciated being able to stay at such a reasonable price. It was a night that made me feel other guests are fans of Kuretake Inn Fujisan too.

The female staff at the breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant at lunch were cheerful and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The large public bath was spacious and excellent.

Due to the heavy rain, the Himi Line was suspended and I was stranded in Takaoka. You contacted me to let me know I could come by bus, and you even picked me up at the bus stop, which was a great help. The Room was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fish dishes. I would like to visit again.

I often visit Kamakura. This Hotel is in a great location, and this time I chose a tatami Room, which was very nice. The soba restaurant on the first floor was refined, spacious inside, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay in Yugawara Onsen. The water is quite hot, which I personally like. The dishes were beautifully plated and a delight to look at as well. We were also very grateful to the staff who assisted us during meals—they were always smiling and very attentive. This isn’t specific to this Hotel, but regarding children’s meals: when we choose Child Sharing Existing Bedding and order only the meal, most places serve something like a kids’ set. Even if it’s paid, we would really appreciate having the option to choose just rice and miso soup. Our 2-year-old was kindly provided rice and miso soup free of charge. For our 5-year-old, we felt it wouldn’t be right not to order a meal, so we did—but we would be very thankful if there were options to choose from. I don’t want to end up finishing what my child leaves behind instead of enjoying the wonderful food myself—an admittedly selfish request. The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was absolutely delicious. We look forward to staying again when we visit Yugawara.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

This was our first stay at this Accommodation, and we really liked it—the atmosphere was great, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. It’s also close to Yubatake, so getting to Yubatake in the daytime and when it’s lit up at night, as well as shopping for souvenirs or grabbing a quick drink or meal, was no problem. Since it isn’t right around Yubatake, we were able to spend the nights quietly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kusatsu.

This was my first stay here! The front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

I always look for Route Inn during my travels and use their services. I'm aiming to visit all their locations.

There is a large public bath, and I was able to relax. I used it twice—once in the evening and once in the morning. The service was courteous, and I was impressed by the Japanese spoken by the international staff. It really made me realize how much Japan is supported by people from overseas. Please pass on my thanks to everyone. I will continue to use this Accommodation as my regular place to stay in Miyazaki.

The staff struck just the right balance, and both the meals and the soothing hot spring were wonderful. It was a fantastic free-flowing bath with no chlorine smell. We enjoyed an affordable stay, drank plenty of beer, and were treated to Shuttle Service by car—truly a luxurious time. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family with breakfast included, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, and we slept very well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious. Thank you to the staff for their kind service with warm smiles. There was also a large public bath, which we enjoyed at a relaxing pace.

I stayed here for two days while my child had baseball games in Iwamizawa. It was just over a 20-minute drive from Iwamizawa, and having an Onsen was great. Also, since I needed to use ice packs the next day, I asked the front desk if they could freeze them for me. It was a bit of an imposition, but they kindly agreed. It really helped—thank you very much. The only slightly disappointing point was that the water pressure at the sink was a bit weak. I also thought it would be nice if there were an ice machine. If I have another chance to visit the area, I would like to stay at this Accommodation again. Thank you for your hospitality.
