Reliable AZ With prices rising these days, this quality at this price! 6 nights in August 3 nights in September. Always reliable, no matter when I stay at AZ. In October, I’m going to the newly opened AZ Hotel in Okayama Prefecture (as posted inside the AZ Hotel) to have breakfast. The hot weather continues—wishing all staff good health and take care of yourselves.

I have stayed here many times. At a typical Ryokan, I’m a light eater, so the meals served are often more than I can finish. For that reason, wherever I go, I stay without meals included. I eat at nearby restaurants and order only what I want and can finish. It’s cheaper and makes for a more relaxed trip. From that perspective, Kameya Rakkan is the best Hotel. Of course, the staff are kind as well, and I appreciate their attentive service. I will stay again.

We stayed as a family of four from 2026/08/10. We arrived early because we wanted to enjoy shopping and other activities, but my wife suddenly felt unwell and could barely move. When we immediately consulted the Hotel, they did everything they could to help us. Thanks to their support, she recovered and we were able to have breakfast together the next morning. I am truly grateful to the Hotel and all the staff. Thank you very much. We will plan another stay! See you!

Thank you very much for your help. I had checked the Reviews in advance and had some concerns about the service, but after actually staying there, those worries proved unfounded. I’m a light user who stays at a Hotel only a few days a year, but I was satisfied with everything.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

The meals were delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh. There were several types of open-air baths, which we really enjoyed. The owner couple were very kind and even helped us with local sightseeing recommendations, which was greatly appreciated.

My husband liked it, and this was our second stay due to other commitments. This time we couldn’t book a single room and stayed in a twin, but he said it was spacious and he was satisfied. The large public bath is also spacious, and he really likes this Route Inn. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Located less than a 3-minute walk from Chiba-Chuo Station. Although it’s close to the downtown area, the surroundings are very quiet. The large public bath is spacious and relaxing. I used it twice—once at check-in (3:00 PM) and again before going to bed. Best of all, free ice pops are available after your bath. Guests can take them freely from the ice box; there were four varieties, so I had two. The Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here to catch the first early-morning limousine bus to Haneda Airport, and when I informed them in advance that I would be checking out early, a staff member was waiting at the front desk after 4:00 AM and kindly assisted me. A highly satisfying Hotel—highly recommended.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

The staff’s friendly greetings and thoughtful hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I finished every last drop of the soy milk hot pot at breakfast—it was delicious. I made a Reservation here to see the starry sky. Unfortunately it rained, but the nighttime lights of the Onsen town seen from our Room window were also wonderful. I was captivated by Hirugami Onsen’s silky-smooth water. Thank you very much.

During the summer holidays, we didn’t have plans to travel far, so we wanted to enjoy a vacation feel nearby and stayed here for the first time. With a location overlooking the airport, a comfortable Room, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, it was a wonderful stay. Given the location, there were many international guests and airline crew members, which made it feel like a little trip abroad. Thank you very much.

The Accommodation is very clean, and the breakfast selection in the morning is excellent, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The staff were all very pleasant. Everyone was friendly, with smiles and a perfect sense of distance. The Facility is not new but clean. The public bath was also very clean. I especially liked the shampoo and conditioner in the public bath, which left my hair feeling silky smooth. Breakfast had more variety than expected and was delicious. We chose a Room with Airweave bedding, and my family member with back pain found it very effective and was delighted. It felt a bit expensive, but we were glad we chose it. However, one major disappointment was the water area in the Room. The edge of the sink drain hole had mold all over it. I cleaned it before use, and it came off easily—so please ensure this is cleaned beforehand next time! Also, near the sink area, there seemed to be failed caulking or cracks that looked like they could harbor insects—it gave me goosebumps just looking at them! My family also found this unbearable; it's not just my opinion. It was so unsettling that I covered it with tissue paper to get through our stay. If this issue persists during our next visit, we wouldn't be able to stay again—it’s that disturbing of an issue for us! This is such a great Hotel otherwise; please fix these caulking issues as soon as possible for future guests' comfort! Thank you so much in advance!

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

All the staff were extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and the private open-air bath was especially relaxing and wonderful. The complimentary services were also excellent, so we enjoyed our time in the property as well. They kindly recommended places to visit for our planned Kanazawa sightseeing the next day, which made it even more enjoyable.
