It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

It was a No Meals Included Plan. I checked in after 8:00 PM and left the Hotel by 7:30 AM. Since it was a no-meals Plan and I didn’t need to do any shopping, there wasn’t much that stood out… but the service from the two male front desk staff members was outstanding. They were polite yet approachable, and they spoke at a pace that matched the guest—truly wonderful hospitality. The Hotel wasn’t new, but I had a very comfortable stay.

The complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, the Room, the Onsen, the parking service, and access to the shopping mall were all excellent.

Although the parking lot is a bit far, considering the accommodation rate, this is a very reasonably priced and pleasant Accommodation.

This is our third consecutive year staying here. We are highly satisfied in every way. The breakfast bread selection is especially outstanding. There are many Resort Hotels in Okinawa, but this one offers by far the best hospitality. We will visit again in January.

This was our first stay in three years. While the building is undeniably old, the guest rooms, restaurants, and other facilities inside were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We chose a Plan with Club Lounge access again this time, and were extremely satisfied with everything—from the staff’s warm smiles to the quality and variety of the food. We originally planned to stay for 3 nights and 4 days, but due to Typhoon No. 18 we had to extend our stay by one night. The staff handled our request for an additional night very courteously and attentively. Being able to add one more night made my wife and children absolutely delighted. It was another highly satisfying trip to Okinawa, and we would definitely like to stay here again on our next family vacation.

I had long wanted to visit Akazawa Geihinkan, and this time I was able to stay there with my son and his wife. The Accommodation is wonderful from the outside, but once you step inside, you’re amazed to see platinum used throughout the walls and other details. It was a beautiful space where you can truly feel the care put into every element. The susuki grass in the courtyard was also very memorable, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time away from everyday life while taking in the seasonal atmosphere. Everything—the Room, the meals, and the overall ambiance—was of course excellent, but what stayed with me most was the warm hospitality of all the staff. My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and they kindly accommodated our requests in advance with great attention to detail. They prepared extra pillows in our Room and thoughtfully adjusted various aspects of the meals as well, which we truly appreciated. In particular, the smile of the staff member who served our meals was wonderful. Their service was both professional and genuinely warm, which made us feel very at ease. The staff member who took photos for us also went beyond what we asked for and discreetly looked out for us so that we could enjoy ourselves even more. That thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Of course it is an exceptional space with a sense of luxury, but more than that, I felt that it is the attentive and heartfelt hospitality of everyone working there that makes this Accommodation even more special. I’m truly happy that we were able to spend such precious family time at Akazawa Geihinkan. On our way home, my son’s family and I kept saying how much we’d like to come back again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The Room was stylish, we could enjoy meals in the Room, the terrace was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was even a bath for dogs—best of all, we could stay together the whole time. The meals were surprisingly generous both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and also gave us sightseeing recommendations we could visit with our dog. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

We stayed here after our family move. We stayed in a Family Room. The Room was clean and well maintained, and we slept well in the quiet surroundings. My family also used the public bath and said it was relaxing. For breakfast, going early lets you eat at a relaxed pace. On this day, a group started using the breakfast area after 8:00. The breakfast included oden, which was flavorful and delicious. On the way there, we took a taxi from Shin-Kiba for 900 yen. On the way back, we walked through the park to Shin-Kiba Station, and it was an easy walk. Next time we visit, we’d like to see the botanical garden and the nearby marina. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I occasionally stay at hotels in the Ginza area, but this stay was the most satisfying so far. The price range of around 40,000 yen is just right for Ginza—not too expensive or too cheap. The flow from the entrance to the room was smooth, and the large public bath was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a great sense of style throughout. Additionally, the fragrance inside the elevator was very pleasant—it made me curious about which brand's scent was being used because it smelled wonderful. What stood out most was how staff handled a situation when I accidentally left my ring in a locker at the public bath. Despite it being after closing hours, a front desk staff member kindly and promptly searched for it and helped me recover it—I am truly grateful for their assistance. Among all my stays in Ginza accommodations so far, this hotel has been my favorite by far. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! (As an IKYU Diamond Member, I would be even happier if more perks were added for Diamond members in the future!)

I stayed here during a trip to Hiroshima. It was in a very convenient location, close to major sightseeing spots. There were also many restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was easy. I stayed with relatives, and everyone raved about the pillows! They were extremely comfortable, and we all felt refreshed after a day of sightseeing. If I come back to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first family trip since losing our beloved dog, and we traveled with my elderly parents who have difficulty walking. I thought it might feel a bit sad, but everyone was so kind and had such wonderful smiles that it became a truly enjoyable trip! Our dog’s name was also Fuji, so it felt like we were meant to be here. My parents were also happy that, thanks to the walking support cart, they could choose their own dishes at the buffet. Every dish was amazing—beautifully presented and delicious. The meat was tender as well, and everyone loved it. We also enjoyed the water bar, the old-fashioned game arcade, and the souvenir shop! The bath was spacious and great, but there weren’t many handrails, so my mother seemed a little uneasy. Still, it felt wonderful. The Room was of course clean and very comfortable. We went to the pool area to take photos, and I thought it was a pleasant place for a walk. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed overnight near Kinshicho and Kameido in Tokyo, and after searching for a Hotel, I chose this one because it was close to the station, included breakfast, and was reasonably priced. It is directly connected to the метро, and JR is about 200 meters away, so it’s very convenient. I stayed on the Tokyo Skytree side, and it looked as if the Tokyo Skytree was right in front of me through the window. It was especially beautiful at night and really impressive. I booked a standard twin Room, and having the bath and toilet separated felt like great value for the price. Amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, coffee, tea, etc.) are picked up at the front desk. Sleepwear, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the Room. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet style and very tasty. Most guests went back for seconds several times. Overall I was satisfied, but check-in took a little over 30 minutes. Since many people line up from 3:00 p.m., I felt you need to allow plenty of time. That was my only negative point. Considering the price, this is a Hotel I would choose.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

The staff member who welcomed us was outstanding, and the drinks and light snacks in the lobby were excellent, giving us the immediate impression that this was a top-class Hotel. The meals were delicious and high quality, and we were very satisfied with the thorough explanations and attentive service despite how busy it seemed. The location is great, with beautiful views of the Seto Inland Sea and a well-maintained building; it was comfortable, and because it faces west we could enjoy the scenery throughout without worrying about direct sunlight. The private bath was also spacious, clean, and comfortable. The late-night curry service was perfectly timed when we felt a bit hungry, which increased our satisfaction even more. If I had to mention anything, aside from the person who first assisted us and the staff member who served us at dinner, some others—while doing their best—seemed inexperienced; also, the building felt somewhat like a retreat facility rather than having more distinctive character.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

This is a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. I was very satisfied with the Facilities, including the cafe hours, the large public bath, and the sauna, and my stay was pleasant. Although I also stay at luxury Hotels, this Hotel—especially thanks to the staff—stood out as truly considerate and welcoming for guests. I also appreciate how you handled an unexpected incident. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

This was my second stay. Last time, I really enjoyed the “Sukiyaki with Matsutake Mushrooms and Butter-Grilled Autumn Salmon & Mushrooms” course, so this time I chose the classic Plan with a kaiseki meal featuring Mihara’s specialty octopus shabu-shabu and lava-grilled domestic beef. Despite the weak yen continuing due to factors such as the Middle East situation and rising prices overall, it seems they are doing their best with little to no price increase; however, that may be why the meal felt noticeably less satisfying, and I felt the portion size would not be enough for younger families raising children. For guests who want to focus on dining, it would be helpful to recommend choosing a course labeled [Cuisine-Focused]. Even so, the pricing still offers excellent value for money. This year, it seems the “Sukiyaki with Matsutake Mushrooms and Autumn Salmon” course is not being offered, but I hope they will bring it back even if it costs more. This time, we were also able to enjoy fireflies near the Hotel due to the season. The staff are kind, and it’s a great-value Hotel—so I hope they continue offering Plans that let guests fully enjoy delicious food.

The Hokuriku Shinkansen was delayed by over 30 minutes, which threw off our schedule quite a bit. I ended up arriving much later than the check-in time, and you even contacted me—I’m sorry for causing you concern. After that, you were very kind and helpful, which was a relief. Your careful explanations made me feel at ease. The grilled overnight-dried nodoguro served at breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I checked a dried-fish shop to buy some as a souvenir, I found it’s a premium fish costing just over 3,000 yen per fish! It felt like such a lucky breakfast. Thank you very much.
