We stayed here to celebrate a proposal—one of life’s most important milestones. What impressed us most during our stay was the thoughtful attention from everyone, especially the person in charge. For the surprise proposal, they handled everything flexibly to match the situation, including preparing and handing over the cake and bouquet, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day. Thanks to that support, it became an unforgettable, truly wonderful time. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the explanations were perfectly paced—not too long or too short—so we could enjoy not only the flavors but also the dining experience itself. The atmosphere inside the Accommodation and the views were also outstanding, and we were able to relax from the heart. Above all, we were so happy that their desire to make our stay memorable came through in every interaction. Thanks to them, both my partner and I naturally found ourselves saying, “Let’s definitely come back for anniversaries,” and it became two irreplaceable days for us. I am truly grateful that we could welcome such an important moment of our lives at this Accommodation. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone who wants to spend special time with someone important—whether for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Next time we visit, I hope we can return as husband and wife.

I stayed here to support a table tennis tournament held at Bons Arena. It’s a bit far from the station, but that makes it more affordable, and it was the perfect distance for me to walk to my destination! The facilities were impressively well stocked and fun—standard vending machines, a machine that serves draft beer in a mug, tasting options for wine and sake, an automatic ice machine, and snack vending machines. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again, and I’d also like to try other Pal locations in different areas. Thank you very much!

We decided to come on short notice, and once again we received warm, attentive hospitality, just like last time. We were able to relax in the lounge with drinks, refresh in the stone sauna in the morning, and enjoy the open-air bath in our Room many times, which helped us unwind. It was so good for a third visit that we felt this is the only Ryokan nearby where we can truly relax. We will definitely visit again.

Although I checked in late at night, thank you for your prompt and efficient assistance at the front desk. I’m still not used to the rain shower, but it was part of the fun. I used the breakfast buffet for the first time the next morning, and every dish was carefully prepared—it really gave me energy to start the day. The staff were all so welcoming with wonderful smiles that it made me smile too. Thank you for a delicious meal. I’ll be sure to stay with you again when I visit Fukuyama. Thank you very much.

From spring through late autumn, you can stay with peace of mind without worrying about road conditions. As a compact Accommodation, it offers reliable service, an Onsen, meals, and great value overall. The private bath is free to use with no Reservation required—if the key is in the designated place, you can use it right away—making it an easy-to-understand and fair system for guests. The public bath is not very large but includes a sauna, and you can relax in the silky Onsen at your leisure, making this an Accommodation you can count on anytime.

This is my second stay. After my previous stay, I mentioned a small concern in a comment, and I received a prompt reply, which left a very positive impression and made me want to stay again. During this second visit, I was warmly asked at check-in if there was anything they could help with, which made me glad I came. The hallway leading to the Room and the interior atmosphere were both excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful, very comfortable Accommodation. The Room layout and atmosphere were excellent, and simply gazing at the forest view from the window was soothing—I lost track of time. The in-room Onsen was easy to use, and the water temperature was perfect whenever I bathed. The staff who assisted us were also wonderful. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. I would love to stay again in a different season.

From the Accommodation’s architecture to the bath and cuisine, every detail reflected excellent taste, allowing us to enjoy an elegant and special time of relaxation surrounded by art. I was looking for a Room with an open-air bath and in-room dining. About a 45-minute drive from Kanazawa, with a zoo and the mysterious Hanibe Gankutsu-in nearby, it felt like the perfect place for the first night of our 2-night, 3-day trip, so we decided to stay here. First, when we arrived about 10 minutes past check-in time, everyone was waiting outside in this heat, and since we weren’t used to that kind of welcome, we felt truly apologetic (lol). I was surprised by how vast the grounds were—our Room was spacious, and best of all, it had the semi open-air bath I’d been hoping for! Having a dedicated staff member (?) take care of us throughout our stay also made us feel at ease. This time it happened to be my companion’s birthday month… and when I casually mentioned it, they gave us a birthday gift at dinner. On top of that, the proprietress even put on a surprise (no spoilers), which made it such a fun and memorable experience. We heard the meals change daily, so I think even a Multiple Night Stay would be enjoyable. There are also two large public baths that are more than enough to enjoy even without an in-room bath—we were able to relax and unwind. Above all, we really appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. In the end everything worked out well, but since it was their birthday month I requested an additional dinner item in advance; however, on the day we were told that if we ordered that menu they would like to serve dinner not in our Room but in another private dining room instead. Since I had been looking forward to in-room dining as well, I would have appreciated being informed at the time of ordering that this might happen. That said, the room they prepared for us was private—and actually it worked out better for messy people like us because we didn’t have to rush around tidying up before dinner—so we were very satisfied. Next time I’m thinking of visiting during my own birthday month so I can experience the proprietress’s surprise again. Thanks to you all, it turned into a wonderful Kanazawa trip. I had a very comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay in a quiet setting. The meals were delicious, and the nightly mini concerts in the lobby were truly relaxing. As I was traveling solo, it wasn’t cheap, but the Facility and the quality of the cuisine more than justified it. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet paper in the Room was thin and a bit inconvenient to use. It was a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that will likely make me want to return again in summer.

This was my first solo trip, and I stayed here for the first time. I was very satisfied, as I was able to spend a quiet, extraordinary time just as the Accommodation’s concept promises. The food was delicious and plentiful, and best of all it was brought to my Room so I could relax and enjoy my meal there. The season I stayed was summer, but even in the open-air bath I didn’t see any insects at all, and I could enjoy it comfortably again and again. Perhaps you had taken insect-prevention measures? Thank you for such a relaxing stay. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The facilities were very clean, and there were so many thoughtful touches—like a free drink corner, a small selection of toys, plenty of large public baths, and even handheld fireworks—that we couldn’t experience everything in just one day! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was outstanding. They helped serve the birthday cake and gifts, provided candles and a brazier for the fireworks, and adjusted the lighting to create a lovely atmosphere—we truly felt their care. My partner was very happy as well. We’d love to stay again!

We stayed as a couple with our 0-year-old baby. From check-in, they took a photo of the three of us and provided toys for our child. At dinner, our child got sleepy, and when we asked for a floor cushion, they kindly brought one right away. During the koto performance, they even played children’s songs, and our daughter seemed to really enjoy it. Traveling with a child can be challenging from the very start when choosing an Accommodation, but everyone was truly kind to us. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Everything was outstanding—the maisonette-style Room, the in-room open-air bath, the shabu-shabu course, the service, and even the Takayama ramen! Next year during Golden Week, we plan to stay in the main building. Next time, we’ll go for an all-beef feast. During Obon, we’ll stay at the annex again and play golf at Shokawa Kogen Country Club.

We stayed as a couple. We had been interested after seeing it on the website and social media, and our stay exceeded expectations—especially the meal at LA VIGNE DINING FÛDO, which left a lasting impression. Being able to savor dining at the Hotel at a relaxed pace made for a truly satisfying experience. The Room and interior spaces were beautifully designed, and we found the scent throughout the property and in the bath amenities very soothing. The bright Room also had a kitchen, which made it feel more like staying in a vacation home than at a Hotel. It was such a wonderful stay that we’d love to return. Highly recommended.

I personally love the Genroku-no-Yu bath, though it may not be to everyone’s taste. The route to the annex can be hard to find, so it’s best to ask the front desk for clear directions first.

I became a fan of The Gate Hotel in Kyoto, so I stayed here in Osaka as well. The location is, of course, excellent. Every Room offers a wonderful view. The interior is clean and efficiently designed. Details like the side tables use eco-friendly materials, giving it a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was very satisfied. I will stay again.

We traveled around Kumamoto by rental car with my spouse and our two sons, and stayed at Soan in two Rooms. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff were kind and attentive, which made us feel truly welcome. The Onsen water quality was excellent, and we felt deeply relaxed after bathing. The Rooms were clean and comfortable, making this Accommodation a great choice for a family trip. I highly recommend it, and would love to stay again if we have the chance.
