It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

I made a Reservation because the Accommodation offered an Italian dinner, a sand bath, and spacious Rooms with great views. The Room was large, had a wonderful view, and felt very clean. I also appreciated that the drinks in the refrigerator were free, including beer. There was a sand bath within the Facility, as well as a large public bath, plus one more Onsen area with indoor baths only. Inside the building there was so much to see—such as a shochu dojo, artworks, and exhibits about notable historical figures from Kagoshima—that we didn’t have enough time to take it all in. The garden was also vast and perfect for a walk. The Italian dinner was at a restaurant inside Denshokan; both the atmosphere and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—this was truly an outstanding Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Ibusuki. Thank you very much for your hospitality. As an aside, I learned that this is also the venue for the Ryuo title match in shogi, which made me even more excited—I was moved to see where Sota Fujii sat and played.

This Hotel is still the best in Sapporo. The Facility is old, but the location, the staff’s service, and breakfast while looking out over the park are all unforgettable. A morning walk through Nakajima Park after breakfast is wonderful. Sadly, it will be closing soon, but even after it becomes a Hilton, I hope it will carry on the Park Hotel spirit.

Directly connected to JR Tokushima Station, the convenience couldn’t be better. The lobby, hallways, and of course the Room were all impeccably clean, which made me feel truly happy. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokushima (lol).

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but I may have never felt this comfortable anywhere else. We decided to go to Hakone on short notice and made a Reservation. The food was beyond words—watching it disappear was genuinely sad (in the best way). When my father dropped his napkin and I went to pick it up, a staff member immediately came over and brought a fresh one. Even though our Reservation was last-minute, they also prepared an anniversary message plate for my parents. This is true hospitality! The open-air bath in the Room was pure luxury, and the water felt wonderful. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to. Thank you so much!

We stayed in a Premier Twin Room for three people. It was compact but very functional and easy to use, and it felt new and clean, so we had a comfortable stay. [What we liked] - The shower and hair dryer were ReFa; the shower mist in particular felt amazing. - The bath and toilet were separate, which was very helpful for three people. - The bed had a wonderfully soft, springy feel and was extremely comfortable. The pillow height and firmness were just right, so I slept soundly. (I often struggle to find beds or pillows that suit me, so I was impressed!) - There was a Nespresso machine, and the cups and saucers were stylish—enjoying delicious coffee in the Room was a treat. - A convenience store is nearby, which is handy. It’s also just two stops from Hakata with great access; if you go through the commercial complex connected to the station, you can get there with almost no time spent walking outside. (It was a hot day, so this really helped.) - Although it faces a main road, the hotel interior was very quiet. - I called the front desk with a question late at night (and felt bad about it), but they responded kindly and politely. I’d definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Hakata!

Conveniently located near the station, and the staff were very kind! The welcome drink was excellent, too. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. Just one thing… unfortunately, the air conditioner’s filter cleaning indicator light was on, and although I’m not sure if it was related, there was a rattling noise from the air conditioner during the night (auto filter cleaning?). Since I could open the window, I didn’t use the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was truly great, and I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

This was my second stay. Recently I had been staying mostly at Hotels directly connected to Niigata Station or close to the station, but I made a Reservation this time because I wanted to enjoy this breakfast buffet again after a long time. I was a little disappointed that there were fewer varieties of branded rice than before, but everything paired perfectly with rice and was very delicious. With three kinds of yogurt and four kinds of fruit, it was a very satisfying breakfast. The Room was also very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

There is a large public bath, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. I stayed in a Room with twin beds, and it was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent—there was a wide variety of dishes, and I could choose whatever I liked. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, and I think this one is top-level. If I had to mention one thing, the twin Room may be limited by design, but it would have been nice to have a slightly larger desk.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

The location is excellent, close to Yubatake. The Facility is new, the Room was comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderful. Having to take off shoes to get to the Room was a bit inconvenient, but I assume this is part of the Facility’s concept, so it’s understandable. The only area for improvement was that the towels were not very absorbent, but it wasn’t a big issue. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Even though my Reservation was made on the day of arrival, everything went smoothly when I arrived—your service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful. The well-stocked welcome drinks and the thoroughly cleaned Room made my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. Considering the price, both the facilities and service were outstanding in every way. This is my No. 1 Business Hotel of the year. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

The atmosphere of the main building was wonderful. Maintaining such a historic building must take a lot of effort, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept it was. This time we chose the newer wing where we could enjoy the Onsen in our Room, but next time I would love to stay in one of the lovely Rooms in the main building, such as Sanraku or Kumoi. Dinner and drinks were delicious, and being able to enjoy them in our Room made it feel truly luxurious. All of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and we made great summer memories. We will definitely come again.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times since it opened. It’s a favorite of mine, packed with charm. The interior features abundant Hida-sourced wood, creating a calm atmosphere where warmth and luxury are beautifully balanced. Whether in the lobby or the guest Rooms, it’s comfortable everywhere. The Onsen is also outstanding, with blue mosaic tiles in the baths. They are not only visually beautiful but also pleasant to the touch, making it easy to truly unwind. There is an additional fee, but I especially recommend the private bath with a spacious deck—an indulgent experience in a fully private setting. Above all, my greatest pleasure here is dinner. This time, Perla caviar was served as an amuse-bouche—presented in the tin—which genuinely surprised me with its extravagance. From there, the course continued with spear squid, lobster, and Hida beef; every dish showcased superb ingredients along with the chef’s skill and sense of style. Each plate was moving in its own way—it was simply a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet is equally impressive. From local Takayama specialties to salmon marinade and their signature Hida beef curry, everything is so well executed that it hardly feels like typical Hotel breakfast—I was completely satisfied from the morning. Most memorable of all is the hospitality of the staff. Not only do they respond kindly and attentively whenever you need help, they also greet even casual travel conversations with warm smiles that make you feel truly welcome. If you stay here, I encourage you to chat with them—you’ll appreciate this Hotel even more. Room quality, Onsen, dining, and service—few Hotels deliver such a high level across every aspect. And despite that excellence, the Accommodation Fee is surprisingly reasonable; considering what you receive, the value for money is exceptional. For me, it’s one of my absolute favorite Hotels in Japan—one I will happily return to again and again.
