The bathroom is a bit small, but the other facilities are excellent. There are free laundry machines and rental bicycles, plus a microwave, IH cooktop, manga, and a water dispenser—everything you could need. This was my first stay while on the Shikoku pilgrimage, and it’s now my go-to Accommodation in Tokushima.

We enjoyed the freshly fried Gurukun caught that day, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, and we had a great time sharing travel stories with other guests. Looking forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Ishigaki Island!

The front desk staff were very polite and had a great attitude. I was surprised by the variety of amenities to choose from, free drinks, and ice available. I didn't use the bathroom in the Room, but it was unfortunate that the curtain had an odor.

The check-in process was hassle-free, making the stay very comfortable. However, I was bothered by the noise from the neighboring curtain rail.

I was very satisfied. The Room was clean, and it was already cool when I checked in. Since it was a hot day, I could feel the staff's thoughtfulness just from that. The large public bath was also satisfying. I would like to use this place again on my next business trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was our first stay as three families. The service was excellent, and the meals were luxurious and delicious!! It was also close to the West Pier, so we went for walks there many times. We would definitely like to stay again.

Overall, it was excellent for this type of Accommodation. Dinner was a bit more than we could finish, but the seafood was very good. However, it was disappointing that the crab had very little meat.

A complimentary daily buffet breakfast is a welcome service for busy mornings. There is also a kitchen, so you can prepare simple meals. This Hotel is ideal for long-term stays!

I stayed in a single, but it was more like a partitioned space with a curtain at the entrance than a private Room. The pull-out storage was convenient. I had a chance to talk with another guest staying in a single, and it was a nice time. The women-only washroom, toilets, and bath area were clean. Convenience stores and shops are within walking distance, but restaurants may be fully booked or closed on certain days. The Shuttle Service was very helpful. You can freely use the lounge where you can bring your own food. Sometimes there is no staff at reception, but you can contact them by mobile phone when needed. Wi-Fi in the Room building was hard to connect to, so I used it near reception instead. If I visit Rishiri again, I would like to stay here again.

Conveniently located across Kyushu. Reasonably priced, making it perfect for travel.

This was our first stay. The best part was how delicious the meals were. For dinner we had a course meal, and my wife and I were truly impressed—it was delicious, beautiful to look at, lightly seasoned, and let us enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. The only minor complaint was that one piece of steak was a bit hard to chew, but overall the quality more than made up for it. Breakfast was also very good; it would have been even better if we could have had refills of bread. It seems to be family-run, and the hospitality felt warm and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. They even saw us off in the parking lot when we left, which made us want to come back again. If we visit the San’in area again, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

Stayed here after an event at PayPay Dome. ◯ Positives: The Room feels like a regular apartment. Suitable for a family of 5 in one Room. There was a washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener), so if you have time, you can do laundry and use the bathroom dryer. ◯ Negatives: There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Check-in was unmanned, which caused slight confusion. Despite these minor issues, the price is reasonable, and overall it was a good experience! Would love to stay again if given the chance!

The open-air bath was fully booked, so we could only reserve it once, but they kindly let us in early and allowed us to use it privately for over an hour. The indoor bath was piping hot, and the open-air bath was at just the right temperature—my skin felt wonderfully smooth afterward. We were able to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace in a private room. The grilled dried horse mackerel and the wasabi pickles were amazing! The breakfast staff were polite and pleasant, with excellent service. From the Room, we could see the wooded hillside behind the property and blooming flowers; it was a lovely Japanese-style Room with plenty of nostalgic Showa-era charm. Nearby there are convenience stores, sushi restaurants, AEON, and other places for shopping. The scones and pudding at a nearby shop were simple and delicious as well. This has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in Kyoto with our dog. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and they even provided treats for our dog. The thoughtful attention to detail made this Hotel the perfect base for exploring Arashiyama. At night, we enjoyed walking to Togetsukyo Bridge, and there is also a convenience store nearby, so we could still have a great time after returning to the Hotel. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto. Thank you very much!

The Room and Facility were both in great condition, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. We stayed with one adult and two children, and the kids were especially happy with the bunk bed. The Room is compact, but considering the price, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

We went on a family trip with elementary school children in grades 1 and 4. We enjoyed playing basketball or table tennis casually in the gymnasium, jumping on trampolines, and relaxing by reading comics when tired. The paid private family bath with artificial Onsen exceeded our expectations and was very enjoyable. Meals, both breakfast and dinner, were simple to prepare yet satisfying. Overall, both kids and adults had a great time, making this accommodation one we would definitely revisit. Next time, we plan to visit in summer to enjoy the pool!

Stayed here for the second night after spending the first night at a pension in Kurumayama. The lakeside Japanese-style room was clean and had everything we needed. The Onsen bath was truly amazing. Due to lack of prior checking, we found out that the attached restaurant was closed for dinner that evening. In the morning, we enjoyed a bakery breakfast box at a lakeside table. The bread and scones were delicious, and the honey was exceptional!

One complimentary drink is included (drink bar). For this price and quality, there are no issues. The Room is spacious. Independent air conditioning is available. You can come and go freely with a key card.

This was my second stay, the first in seven years. The Hotel’s atmosphere—sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop and a jungle-like vibe—hasn’t changed, and it made me feel very nostalgic. There were notes explaining various creatures, along with booklet-like materials, and the Room was comfortable. We chose a plan with breakfast included; it’s a simple breakfast buffet, but it felt like eating Okinawan home-style cooking and was truly delicious. Even our children, who usually hardly eat breakfast, said it was tasty and ate a lot. I’m not sure when we’ll be able to visit again, but this is a Hotel I sincerely hope will be here for many years to come.
