This year, we opted for a Multiple Night Stay again. Our dog had so much fun in the spacious dog run that it didn’t want to leave. Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed playing badminton and table tennis in the multipurpose hall, which made the kids very happy. During breaks in the rain, we of course used the pool. The buffet offered a different menu each day, so even with a Multiple Night Stay, it never got boring. Everything was delicious, but the bread and desserts were truly exceptional. The pet hotel was spacious and nice; however, there was some competition for beds in the upper room while downstairs... not as much excitement there. The bathroom and toilet were spacious too, but having all water facilities only on the second floor was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if they could upgrade their hairdryers as well. On a positive note, I appreciated that they used tissue-style toilet paper instead of roll-type ones—if only hotels and ryokans across The Whole Country adopted this! In summer when you sweat a lot, having access to coin laundry is very convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next year!

We were able to relax and enjoy our stay with our two dogs. Because the bath in the Room is a free-flowing Onsen, we could soak whenever we wanted, which was very satisfying. The meals were also delicious, and we had a wonderful time. This Accommodation is perfect for enjoying the Onsen at a leisurely pace and unwinding with great food.

Enjoy the stunning ocean view right in front of you and wash away all your daily stress. I indulged in my favorite Takezaki crab and fully enjoyed Tara! (laughs) The morning coffee was also delightful. Thank you very much. It would have been even better if the amenities were more comprehensive. I wished there were a few more towels available.

Great location, easy to get around, and good value for money. The Room was quiet, and I’d like to stay again. The amenities were a bit lacking for women.

I stay at hotels and ryokans about 60-70 nights a year for business and travel. - Location: Conveniently located near Susukino Station, surrounded by many convenience stores and dining options, making it ideal for enjoying Sapporo's nightlife. - Room: A standard room typical of an international hotel chain. Not particularly luxurious but clean and comfortable. - Facility: As a limited-service hotel, there are few shared facilities available. This is more suited for those who prefer exploring the city rather than spending time in the accommodation itself. The overall impression is that the facility is starting to show its age slightly. - Service: Interaction was limited to check-in at the front desk, but the service was efficient and professional. One mistake on my part was not noticing that parking was available at the hotel; I ended up using a nearby parking lot instead, though there wasn’t much difference in price. - Dining: Having stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels in other regions before, this one offered an excellent breakfast buffet by comparison. The menu had a wide variety of options including fresh sashimi, vegetables, and local delicacies from Hokkaido that are perfect for tourists visiting the area. - Overall satisfaction: As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, it meets basic quality standards without offering anything particularly extraordinary to captivate guests' hearts—but there’s nothing to complain about either! If you're looking to stay in Susukino area specifically, this hotel can be considered as an option despite being slightly pricier due to its international brand status—something that also reflects its loyal fan base!

I chose this hotel for my business trip, considering its convenient location. It is close to the Yui Rail station and surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. The room was average, but the bathroom, though a unit bath, had a surprisingly large bathtub for its size, allowing for a relaxing soak. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and well-balanced as others have mentioned. While many hotels nowadays offer buffets, this breakfast was impressive given the accommodation fee. When I thanked the staff who prepared and served my breakfast as I left, they kindly responded with "Have a safe trip," which made my morning pleasant. This has become one of the hotels I would like to stay at again in the future.

I stayed here with my daughter and her husband while traveling back to our hometown, and we were looking for a smoking Room, so I was glad we could book two Rooms. Even though the price was low, the Hotel was clean and very comfortable. We could also walk to Osaka’s lively areas, so the location was great. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Staying in a room with a private open-air onsen for a multiple night stay and catching up on accumulated work has become my year-end tradition. I plan to clear my mind during breakfast and dinner, but sometimes I overindulge and can't work after dinner. Still, this is my favorite accommodation that always leaves me fully satisfied. I also love that dinner is served in a private room.

It was very convenient, just a short walk from Dogo Onsen. The building feels a bit old, but the staff’s wonderful hospitality more than made up for it. We really appreciated it! We also used the large public bath in the morning, but the air conditioning wasn’t on... I’m not sure if that was intentional or simply forgotten... It was a hot day, so that was the only thing that concerned us. We were able to cool down properly once we returned to our room, but we would have liked to cool off right after the bath.

It was my first trip in a long time, and I was really looking forward to it. The Ryokan was easy to find, with the main building and Rinsuitei facing each other. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was also very relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t find any tableware such as spoons in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have them available. There was also plenty of parking space.

I had a very comfortable stay. The futon and towels felt great, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. They also lend out pillows and various types of shampoo. With prices rising due to the live event, I really appreciated being able to stay at this rate. I’d love to stay in a room with an open-air bath when I have time to relax.

The ideal Accommodation for first-time visitors to Tokashiki. Smiles are everywhere, questions are welcome, and the staff are kind and attentive. Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, marine activities can be arranged, and the Facility is easy to use—an Accommodation that reliably delivers the basics in a comfortable way. Just a 1-minute walk to Aharen Beach, you can experience the best of Tokashiki Island without having to go all over the place. When you visit Tokashiki Island, please consider this one first.

Even though I’ve been visiting Takayama for many years, this was my first time staying here. This time I drove and used the parking lot, and I really appreciated not getting wet in the rain. It’s very conveniently located near the station, and the breakfast was delicious. I’d love to stay here again.

The room was reserved as a twin. It did feel a bit small, but it was clean and equipped with everything necessary, so there were no issues. My husband and I talked about how great this Hotel is, offering welcome alcohol and a breakfast buffet at this price. We plan to use it again soon. Thank you for your hospitality this time.

The building was a bit old, but the Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The duvet was slightly small (with frills around it), so it felt a bit cold, but the front desk staff were extremely accommodating. The dining hall staff were also very cheerful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

We stayed here as a family of three during our trip. We requested to use the parking lot before check-in, and its proximity to Yokogawa Station allowed us to quickly head out for sightseeing in Miyajima. The room was spacious enough, and as mentioned in the reviews, the futons were slightly thin. The large public bath was also just as described in the reviews. Considering the rising prices of business hotels across various areas, it was great to stay here for less than 10,000 yen per person. We would love to use this accommodation again as a base for sightseeing in Hiroshima if we have another opportunity!

This is a Hotel where you can truly experience Aso! The five peaks of Aso seen from the 7th-floor panoramic bath were amazing. Being able to enjoy the Onsen while looking at the beautiful mountains was the best. As mentioned in other Reviews, the initial explanation at the front desk felt brief, but they provided the minimum necessary information, so it wasn’t a problem. Our Room faced the town side, but it had a nice view of the outer rim mountains.

This property has Joyfull and On-Yasai in the same building. For dinner, you can choose either option, with a meal voucher worth 1,210 yen; if you choose Joyfull, it also includes the drink bar. Unlike other locations, dinner is not all-you-can-eat, but I personally preferred that. It was also thoughtful that they clearly posted notices about group guests’ dining times.

During our two-night, three-day stay, we were able to relax and unwind in this quiet Accommodation. The meals were also very delicious. The Tochigi Wagyu beef in particular was tender and outstanding. All the staff provided pleasant, welcoming service, which made our stay very comfortable. The large public bath was spacious, and perhaps because there aren’t many guest rooms, it never felt crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—so we could soak at ease. I was happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa. The welcome apple juice and manju were delicious. I noticed the apple juice was sold at the shop—I regret not buying some to take home. I’d love to stay again when visiting Kinugawa or Nikko.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
