It was my first time staying at this accommodation, and the moment I entered the room, I was amazed by its luxury, cleanliness, and comfort. It felt like staying at a luxurious ryokan, and my friend and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" True to its name, the VIP room was exceptional. The staff at the reception were very polite, and we enjoyed a relaxing dinner in the room. The bath was also spacious and comfortable. The morning tour of Danjo Garan was accompanied by clear and detailed explanations, allowing us to learn more about Mount Koya and making it an enjoyable and meaningful experience. I was able to spend a relaxing time with my high school friend after a long time and fully enjoy Mount Koya, making it a truly happy time.

I often use these properties because they are in many convenient locations. As always, everything was clean. The housekeeping staff I met also greeted me, which was nice.

We stayed with a group of eight, including children aged 5 and 8. Since it is a private whole-house rental, there were no other guests, and it was great not having to worry about others. Check-in and check-out are done using a machine inside the Room. It’s different from a Hotel or Ryokan, but it had the essential amenities and was kept clean and pleasant, which was more than enough for us. There were seasonings (salt and pepper, etc.) and tableware, and AEON is nearby, so we cooked our own breakfast and enjoyed a relaxed morning. The bathroom and toilets were also clean and comfortable.

If you’re arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, and only need a place to sleep, this is more than sufficient.\nThe staff were kind, and I had a comfortable stay.

The rates are reasonable, and I stay here on every business trip. Thank you as always.

I have stayed here many times. It is clean and quiet, conveniently located, and the staff are kind. After checkout, I left something behind in my Room, and they handled it carefully even during a busy time.

I took a short one-night trip nearby with my grandchild to enjoy the pool and the Onsen. Both were very pleasant and relaxing. The pool changing room had a musty smell, and I think it would be even better if it were renovated to be cleaner and more resort-like. If the poolside area were also updated with more of a resort atmosphere, it would improve even further, and I would likely visit more often. The dinner buffet was well thought out, and the appetizer-style dishes were delicious. I would also be happy to see tempura and sushi offered. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected, so I’d like to see a bit more variety and creativity. Overall, I was satisfied.

I’ve stayed here occasionally for years as a night-before stop for golf. The Hotel may be older, but it’s always kept very clean. This time I checked in late, so the parking lot right in front was full and I couldn’t park there, and I was directed to the second parking lot. It was directly behind the Hotel, so it wasn’t a problem. It seems they no longer offer it, but they used to have bento meals from the first-floor restaurant delivered to the Room, which I often used. They were very tasty, so I hope this service returns.

I knew the Plaza had been renovated, and it was very clean. The facilities were high quality and comfortable.

Other than check-in, check-out, and meals, we hardly met anyone. We were able to fully enjoy an exceptional level of privacy.

Less than a 2-minute walk from Miyakonojo Station, and in a great location close enough to walk to AEON as well! I drove, and the parking lot was very spacious and easy to park in. The front desk is on the first floor, and all the staff were very kind. The Room’s bath and toilet looked newly renovated and were clean, with an overall fresh and spotless feel. Maybe because I tend to get hot easily, but the air conditioning felt a bit weak. Amenities are placed in front of the elevator, so you can pick up what you need before heading to your Room. The glass elevator felt humid (maybe because it was summer), but it was nice being able to see the view toward Miyakonojo Station. What made me happiest was having a mirror and chair that could be used as a vanity. Since many guests seem to be men, some business Hotels don’t have mirrors outside of the sink area, so I really appreciated it. There are plenty of izakayas nearby, a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and there was also a restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Miyakonojo.

When I travel to Nagano Prefecture for business, I usually stay at a Business Hotel in Matsumoto, but since Kamikochi was in peak season, I stayed in Nagano City instead. It’s not close to the station, but the incredibly low rate, the high Reviews (Google), and simple curiosity brought me here. Both check-in and check-out were handled by the owner. I was genuinely impressed by his exemplary hospitality. Even though we’re in different industries, it was a great learning experience as a businessperson. The Room and wet areas were thoroughly cleaned; the bath and toilet are shared, but it didn’t bother me at all. It seems there are many days when strong teams from outside the prefecture or other groups stay here as well, so if your stay overlaps with those dates it may be lively. If you prefer a quiet stay, group schedules are posted inside the Ryokan, and you can also check in advance when making your Reservation. Commemorative plates from Koshien-participating schools, Ma-kun’s autograph, thank-you letters, and more were carefully displayed throughout the property—it made me feel truly warm inside. It was my first time staying at this kind of Ryokan, and I’m grateful for such a valuable experience. If I have the chance, I’d love to stop by again. The yakitori place just 30 seconds on foot from the Ryokan was also amazing!! (Especially the salted chicken hearts and horse sashimi.) Comparing this place to standard Business Hotels with full Facilities like Route Inn or APA Hotel misses the point—so I hope people who can appreciate an exceptional price without worrying about minor inconveniences will enjoy what Ohashi Ryokan has to offer.

About parking and late check-in I called once before my stay and once on the day of my stay, a total of two times to confirm. Because I would be checking in late, I was told there would be a map in the Hotel Room showing where the second parking lot is, and that I should look at it and move my car. However, there was no map in the Room. Since it was nighttime, I ended up having to call the toll-free number to have a staff member come out. It worked out because I was able to reach someone, but it made me nervous thinking about what would have happened if I couldn’t contact anyone at night. At check-out as well, the check-in counter was locked in the morning, so I had to call the toll-free number again just to return the key. Checking out at 7:30 a.m. seems like a fairly normal time, so if you can’t keep the reception desk open, I think you should provide something like a key drop box. The Room is clean and the Facilities are well equipped, but it’s a shame because service issues detract from an otherwise good stay.

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than we expected. The staff were very polite, and we felt comfortable staying here. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. We would definitely like to stay here again when we are in the area.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. From the warm welcome upon our arrival until we left the Accommodation, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The tasteful selection of tea and sweets served on arrival only heightened our anticipation for the meals. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared, with each dish carefully crafted, and my wife and I enjoyed them with genuine admiration. The salt served alongside was perfectly balanced and paired wonderfully with both sashimi and rice. As I had mentioned ingredients I do not care for, you kindly adjusted the menu accordingly, allowing me to enjoy everything deliciously. We are truly grateful to the head chef and the attendant for their considerate care. For bathing, we enjoyed the open-air bath attached to our Room as well as the large public bath and two open-air baths (rotating by time). All were at a comfortable temperature with excellent water quality, and we bathed four times during our stay. For us as a couple who travel to enjoy baths and great food, it was pure bliss. One small regret is that while we loved the Onsen manju in our Room, we only learned afterward that if we had ordered in advance the day before, we could have purchased freshly made ones the next day. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

This is my second stay following last year. It was a very quiet and relaxing accommodation. The room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious and consistently good. I would love to stay at this accommodation again when I visit the area. I bought a KAMOTANS T-shirt for my child! It's very cute.

The timing for clearing the dishes was very poor. Although I had informed you of my buckwheat allergy, it was very disappointing that you still tried to serve buckwheat. The food was very delicious and excellent. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of 2 adults and 3 children. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-prepared without any inconvenience. The view from the room was great, allowing us to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. At night, we could also see beautiful stars. Thank you very much! If I had to mention one thing, accessing the bunk bed room on the first floor was only possible via an outdoor staircase, which can be a bit cold in winter.

It was my first time in Hakodate. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and the morning market nearby, making it easy to stay even without meals included. The Room was very spacious, and as a tall person, I felt extremely comfortable. The Room also had cutlery available, so we could reheat the "Yakitori Bento" we wanted to try using the microwave provided in the Room, plate it nicely, and share it between two people. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of warming up the Room before check-in. Highly recommended condominium!
