Considering the cost, I would rate everything a 6 out of 6. The best point was how clean it was. There were no unpleasant smells on the towels, yukata, futons, or anything else. The meals were also well thought out, with a good variety and high-quality ingredients. It was an Accommodation I was truly satisfied with, and I would like to stay again. If I may make one request: I’d love it if the bath hours could be extended—open until midnight at night and starting a little earlier in the morning—as someone who loves Onsen.

This was my first stay. The Hotel and Room were clean, and the bath area was spacious with a great Onsen. However, the dining hall staff seemed very busy and overwhelmed, so I rated the meals 4 stars. Other than that, I was satisfied. I would like to stay again.

The property felt a bit dated, but it was thoroughly cleaned, so it wasn’t an issue. I was slightly bothered by an old-building smell, but I was able to borrow the air purifier and humidifier provided on each floor, so that wasn’t a problem either. As for amenities, there was no hand soap in the Room or among the items available for loan at the front desk, so I would have liked that. Above all, the staff were very kind, and I think that made all the difference.

This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed here to attend a live concert in Hiroshima. It’s within walking distance from the station. The Room was small, but it was fine since I didn’t have large luggage. I was able to sleep without being bothered by train noise. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was great. However, as a woman, I was disappointed that there were no amenities such as toner or lotion. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The female staff member kindly assisted us by quickly storing our luggage as we were in a hurry to return our rental car, and by showing us how to restore the app. She also recommended a great Okinawan izakaya, which made for a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you!

I stayed with my parents and one other person (three of us in total). It’s about 800 meters from the station—fine for me, but since my parents are elderly, we took a taxi. There aren’t many convenience stores or shops nearby, but you can find everything around the station area. The front desk staff were foreign and handled things in a businesslike manner. The Room was very spacious, and the TV area and bathroom were also large and comfortable. Check-out was at 10:00, so I wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and planned to wait in the lobby, but I was informed that the Room was ready, and I could check in. It was very helpful! The building and Facility seem a bit old, but everything was cleaned thoroughly, and the bathtub appeared to have been replaced recently, as it was quite clean. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush, but anything else needed could be conveniently purchased at the adjacent convenience store, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. Thank you, Taiheizan, for your hospitality!

In conclusion, we stayed with two meals included, and it was absolutely the right choice. This is Hoshidare Accommodation. From the compact exterior, you enter using the password sent in advance by email, and you’re greeted by a wonderful entrance with white gravel! There are handwritten message cards from the manager everywhere, and although you don’t meet anyone in person, it really feels like a warm welcome. The Room was just the right size, and it also had a washer-dryer and a humidifying air purifier. Amenities included loungewear, yukata robes, and bathrobes—and it was my first time ever having two bath towels per person. Meals are self-serve for heating and plating, so we fumbled a bit at first, but preparing everything while chatting was fun too. The presentation was gorgeous, and there was more than enough food. I was worried about how many drinks would be available, but there were plenty as well. They even put a name label on our bottle of sparkling wine. I was impressed by how delicious the tap water was—smooth with no harshness at all. The bath is an alkaline hot spring with free-flowing source water; it was so amazing that I went in again and again. The hair dryer is Dyson—definitely exciting—and they also provided various face masks and lotions. The good-quality ice cream after dinner was pure bliss. Even the main dish at breakfast—the homemade Sendai beef stewed curry—was incredibly delicious... Overall it was fantastic, so I’d absolutely like to stay again. If I had to mention one thing: the pre-stay email arrived late morning on the day before check-in, which made me worry whether my Reservation had gone through—but since the site clearly says they’ll email by the day before, it’s not an issue. Also, I wasn’t sure which plate to use for curry—I hesitated over that one! I definitely want to come back again.

There is also a large public bath, and the Room is functional and comfortable.

I stayed here for the marathon event at the Sagamihara Depot. The single Room, though compact, was efficiently designed with thoughtful consideration for guests, allowing me to have a comfortable stay even in a short time.

Although I only stayed overnight, it was excellent value for money. I would like to stay again.

The advance parking information was very helpful. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and Room cleaning was provided every other day. That was more than enough for us. Fresh towels and other items were provided, so we had no issues. We would love to stay again!

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The Room was clean and had a calm atmosphere, making it very comfortable to stay in. All the staff were kind, and their attentive care and warm hospitality left a strong impression. The atmosphere throughout the building and the Facilities were excellent, and I was able to relax from the bottom of my heart during my stay. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and became a lovely travel memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. I would confidently recommend it to family and friends!

Although the hours were fixed, I was happy to have the drink bar. Coffee and water were available 24 hours a day, which was very helpful. The staff’s service was excellent.

The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

The next day was the Mito Melon Marathon, and every Hotel in Mito was fully booked, with Accommodation Fees soaring to more than double the usual rate. I couldn’t give up on staying overnight, so I checked Yahoo! Travel and found that a Room had opened up at President Hotel—probably due to a cancellation. I quickly looked at the Reviews, and they seemed great. The price was around 11,000 yen, much cheaper than other options. I made a Reservation right away and was able to stay without any issues. In the end, it really was a wonderful Hotel just as the Reviews said, and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the building and my Room were clean. The single Room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was large enough to relax in. There are many affiliated parking lots available, which was very helpful: even before check-in, I could park for 600 yen (an additional 100 yen) until check-out. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Mito Station, but there’s a convenience store right in front so it’s very convenient. Check-out is also available until 11:00. It seems you can usually stay here in the 6,000-yen range on regular days, so I’d definitely like to stay again.

Whenever I stay at a Hotel, I usually hear some noise (people talking or mysterious banging), but this time it was almost silent and I ended up sleeping for 12 hours. It was very comfortable, with an ice dispenser essential for hot Amami Oshima, a large public bath, washing machines, and an inexpensive gas station nearby. There’s also an AEON close enough to see but not within walking distance. I stayed in different Rooms on the first and second nights (because they don’t clean after just one night), and they kindly moved the luggage I didn’t need for sightseeing into the Room for my second night. This was a perfect Hotel stay for me after a long time. Please let me stay again!
