The location was easy to access and the price was affordable, which was great. Above all, the staff were very kind and helpful, making my stay especially pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

It was very convenient—close to Osaka Station, with a distinctive building that was easy to find, and there were convenience stores and cafés nearby. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and kept very tidy. I was able to relax comfortably until morning. Thank you very much.

The large public bath on the 14th floor was great. Both the male and female staff at the bath reception were kind and helpful. The woman at the breakfast venue on the 1st floor was calm, kind, and helped with serving the food. The dishes were all healthy and very good. The woman who assisted me at check-in was also kind and helpful.

Surrounded by Aso’s great natural scenery, the views were amazing! We were upgraded, so our Room was a Japanese-Western style room with a wonderful view. The food was also excellent—Akaushi roast beef and steak, sashimi, and more—with an all-you-can-drink plan, so we were very satisfied! It was only one night, but we really enjoyed the stargazing walk at night, fireworks, the pool, the massage room, and manga—everything was great. The open-air bath was a bit too bright in the daytime because of the sun, so I’d like some measures for that. I wanted to soak in the open-air bath under the night sky, but I drank too much and fell asleep. The next morning we could even see a sea of clouds—it became a truly wonderful memory!

The male staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service! When I got lost on my first sightseeing trip and asked for help, he kindly guided me. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy myself and it turned into an amazing trip! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for hosting me again for one night. At check-in, there was a complimentary drink service to choose from, plus a chilled pot of Shizuoka tea and coffee/tea vending machines—so it was great not having to worry about drinks. There were also single chocolates and peanuts. Thank you as well for the bottled water in the Room refrigerator. Also, using the in-Room massage chair (a pretty good one) for a thorough massage and then soaking in the bathtub helped reduce next-day fatigue. If there’s availability next time, I’d like to use the rental bicycles.

I stayed here because I was curious about it as a Hotel under Polaris HD. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but the furnishings and amenities were excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The view from the Room is of a residential area, so it is not particularly impressive, but the building itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured a wide selection of carefully prepared dishes with good nutritional balance, and everything was very delicious. It is a bit far from the station, so access was the only drawback, but overall I think it offers great value for money.

I stayed one night with my son for his high school tournament. The Room was smaller than I expected, but the bed was spacious. The bathroom is a compact unit bath, so it felt too small to use. I’d recommend going to a nearby Onsen instead. Breakfast was free so I didn’t expect much, but everything was delicious. The hayashi rice was outstanding! Also, the owner at the front desk (?) was very friendly and welcoming. If I come to Obihiro again, I’d love to stay here again.

It was a cold day with snow in Toyohashi, but I am grateful for being able to stay comfortably.

The mist felt like a shower of beauty serum, and my skin became truly soft and deeply moisturized. After enjoying the hot stone sauna, the open-air bath, and the radon Onsen, even my knee pain had eased by the time I left. I was amazed—my knee could bend again! The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. I prefer this style over a buffet. I would love to visit again.

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

I made a Reservation feeling uneasy because the negative Reviews stuck with me. In the end, if you don’t expect too much, you can be satisfied. The sukiyaki catering was generous and very satisfying. Breakfast was not a buffet; it was served individually, so we could eat at a relaxed pace. Drinks, rice, and pork miso soup were self-serve with free refills. Since it was cool enough to feel cold that day, our dog stayed in a crate in the car. Honestly, it’s inconvenient that check-in/out and breakfast are at a Hotel about 5 minutes away by car. You’re given a map for the cottage, but it’s extremely hard to understand. I wish they would place arrows or signs at key turning points on site. The roads are narrow, and at night you will definitely get lost. The short set of stairs from where you park to the cottage is tough. With lots of luggage for both people and our dog, you can’t use a cart. It probably depends on the Room, but there was a full set of kitchen items, which was very convenient. No seasonings are provided. The large refrigerator and having plastic wrap available were small but helpful touches. The tap water is drinkable as-is, but if that bothers you, it’s better to bring your own drinks. The refrigerator is empty. There was only one bath towel and one small towel (the size you’d take into an Onsen bath area) per person, which was inconvenient—I’d love two of each. Also, please provide newer towels; the dog towels were fluffier and I honestly couldn’t tell which were for people. I was very concerned about dampness in the closet where the bedding is stored and in the connected wardrobe area. They should manage this with a dehumidifier. The insects I worried about were within an acceptable range; given the surrounding environment it can’t really be helped—if you can’t handle bugs, it’s better to look for another Accommodation. The building is honestly old, but the Facility has been updated and everything was kept clean. Because it’s a detached building unit, it was very quiet and we could relax slowly. There were no loungewear pajamas and amenities are minimal—so it’s different from staying at a Hotel—but checkout is 11:00 so we could take our time. We were able to spend time at our family’s pace and were very satisfied overall. It might also be nice to skip meals altogether—shop at places like Tsuruya or local supermarkets/roadside stations—and prepare things yourself instead. That way you can stay with your dog all day too.

Every year, I stay near Sannomiya, where the Port Liner station is, for a live show at the Portopia Hotel. The area around Sannomiya Station felt like a maze due to redevelopment, but this Hotel was in an easy-to-find location, which really helped. Since I have the Hotel app, I was able to use the self check-in machine as well, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast had a great reputation and met my expectations—there was a wide variety of dishes and it leaned more toward Japanese-style options. For me, it was perfect because I prefer not to have anything too heavy in the morning. The Akashiyaki was also delicious. There was just one disappointing thing. It wasn’t about the Hotel itself, but after midnight (past 12:00 a.m.), someone was running around in the hallway and repeatedly slamming doors. It was extremely inconsiderate, but there wasn’t much I could do since I couldn’t exactly confront them. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. I hope to stay again next time. To the staff who work late into the night—thank you for your hard work. Thank you very much.

Although I made a last-minute same-day Reservation, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I’m truly grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future. I was so happy that I couldn’t help but leave this review.

This was our second stay here, but it was our first time trying the free curry. It was perfectly delicious—neither too home-style nor too much like a restaurant. My husband kept saying, “So good!” and had three bowls (lol). The location is excellent and the price is reasonable, so we’d love to stay again when traveling to Miyagi Prefecture. Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.
