I accidentally made an error with my credit card payment, and they kindly explained how to resolve it over the phone, which was very helpful. The Hotel Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a business trip.It’s just a stone’s throw from Yonago Station, and it felt like you head over to a sister property a short distance away to use the parking lot.That sister property’s lot is a bit small, and there were quite a few cars that looked like they belonged to people in the trade, so I parked with my heart in my throat—but now it’s a funny story.As for the Hotel itself, the standout is definitely the large public bath. It was so wonderful that they could honestly charge extra for it. It warmed me right down to my core.The trouser press in the room was also excellent—so good you’d want to shout, “Focus right here!”And finally, breakfast.They made generous use of local specialties from the Sanyo region. I’d spent quite a bit at dinner the night before at “Shoya,” so having breakfast included was fantastic. If I had to put an equivalent value on it, it easily felt like 3,000 yen worth.Overall, there wasn’t a single thing I could complain about.I travel to Tottori often for work, and I’d like to make this my go-to Accommodation from now on.One last tip: Kobuta Hanten on the first floor is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Chugoku region.Their extra-garlicky gyoza and “golden fried rice” were incredibly good—and surprisingly affordable.
