Hotel Rishiri

I stayed for two nights. The Room, the Facility, and the staff’s hard work were wonderful, and the free-flowing natural Onsen was excellent and very relaxing. I believe it may be a cold spring, but it never made me feel chilled, and being able to soak for a long time is a real treat for Onsen lovers. The Plan included two meals with an all-you-can-drink option at dinner. Dinner had many dishes, but some items that should have been served hot were already cold, and things like the hot-plate grill ended up with the sauce burning, so it was somewhat disappointing. I was happy that Sapporo Classic was included in the all-you-can-drink menu, but since delicacies such as sea urchin were served, I would have appreciated a better selection of sake. For women in particular, options like plum wine would also have been nice. Breakfast offered a variety of small side dishes that I enjoyed; having yogurt would have been great as well. I’m sorry for leaving what may sound like complaints—I wrote them because I truly hope you will continue to improve.

As a municipally operated Hotel in the Kutsugata area(I believe Oshidomari is more developed),I was drawn only by the mention of an Onsen with free-flowing hot spring water,so I made a Reservation without very high expectations at first,but in the end it was an Accommodation I was satisfied with.They also provided Shuttle Service to Oshidomari Port and the airport (on some days, they even drove me twice),and all the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and Onsen were cheerful, making my stay very pleasant.While some aging of the Facility is unavoidable, there were no issues with cleanliness, and if I consider staying in the Kutsugata area again, I would like to return.Thank you very much for your hospitality.
