Natural Hot Spring Takachiho no Yu Super Hotel Miyazaki Natural Hot Spring

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.

I was satisfied with how much I could drink—like, “Is this really okay?!”It wasn’t just one welcome drink on arrival; it felt like all-you-can-drink for a set time, which I really appreciated.It’s in the perfect spot after a bath, so I went back for seconds.The Onsen has a slight chlorine smell, but it’s a good Onsen and warms you up well.The bunk-style twin room is interesting. This time I came as a parent and child, so I (the mother) took the lower semi-double,but if you come with friends it might turn into a battle over who gets which bed.The ladder to the upper bunk is vertical, so I might not recommend it for older guests.The staff were incredibly helpful—this is the top reason I recommend this place.I’d heard Super Hotel has great service, and that was absolutely true.We arrived late and the Hotel parking lot was full, so without checking the affiliated options we parked in an unaffiliated coin parking lot right behind,and it cost 400 yen from around 7 p.m. to just before 8 a.m., so depending on the hours this can be cheaper.Since it’s downtown there are plenty of parking lots. It’s near the prefectural office too, so even more so.I have a wheat allergy and there weren’t many breakfast items I could eat, but what I had was delicious.
