We stayed for one night right after Golden Week. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. We chose a plan without meals and enjoyed takeout from local restaurants in Nasu, so we could relax and spend a peaceful evening in the Room with our dog. The owner couple and their family dog were very friendly (sorry our dog is shy). We would love to stay again.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. This was our first stay with our 5-month-old puppy. We were told our dog could move freely around the Room except when the futon bedding was laid out, so we were able to let him run around and play to his heart’s content. They also kindly recommended dog-friendly restaurants and clearly explained walking routes from the Accommodation, so even though we weren’t familiar with the area, we had a smooth stay without getting lost.The owner was friendly and cheerful, handled dogs gently, and was very kind to our pup as well. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance, but since there is a weight limit for dogs, it’s a shame that next time we may need to look elsewhere.The Room is equipped with bath towels, face towels, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom has 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner and body soap.There are no amenities such as toothbrushes, so please be sure to bring your own.The bathtub was very large—big enough for even tall guests to stretch out their legs!!A simple playpen/crate setup for dogs was provided. Although ours was still a puppy at 9.6 kg at the time of our stay, we felt uneasy relying on just the pen alone, so we brought in a larger crate for sleeping and also brought in our toilet tray.We were completely satisfied with the location, surroundings, and Room!
