Hotel Flags Isahaya

I booked the “Room-assigned” Plan and stayed in the main building this time. The Plan description seemed to say non-smoking, but I was surprised because the Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I should have asked about changing Rooms, but I was short on time because someone was waiting for me, and since I had already used the toilet, I didn’t bring it up. I got used to the smell quickly, so it was fine.The Facilities in the main building are a bit old, but both the Room and bathroom were very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff member was polite and pleasant. Overall, there are far more good points here, so it’s a great place. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much.

I used this accommodation for my child's entrance exam. Although I had reserved a room with no specific preference, they kindly prepared a twin room and offered encouraging words. The explanation at check-in was thorough, and above all, their smiles were wonderful. Despite the long drive, their warm smiles and the perfectly tempered large public bath washed away my fatigue! I would love to stay here again whenever I visit Isahaya. Thank you so much. (The free drinks in the lounge were also a delightful touch!)
