Kojohama Onsen Hotel

I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The Onsen suited me well, and I was able to bathe comfortably without any adverse effects. The sauna was clean with a pleasant atmosphere, making it enjoyable to use. The guest room was also well maintained, and I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered three individually served dishes in addition to a buffet with a wide variety of options, all delicious and very satisfying.Overall, it was a calming trip, and this is an Onsen Hotel I would like to visit again.

I stayed here because an acquaintance had long recommended the excellent quality of the free-flowing natural hot spring water (Onsen).As it has been renovated, the interior was impeccably clean and very comfortable to spend time in.The style of taking off your shoes at the entrance and staying that way throughout was fresh and interesting. However, because shoes are removed, when someone with noticeable foot odor rides the elevator, the lingering smell in such an enclosed space can be a bit unfortunate (lol). I thought it would be nice if there were an automatic deodorizing device installed in the elevator (I believe this can be rented from service providers).Breakfast—served as a set meal at the table plus a buffet—was simple yet very carefully prepared, and it felt like “a stay that makes your body happy.” The staff were also extremely helpful.They also offer day-use Onsen, so it may differ from what you might imagine as a luxury Ryokan. Still, for ordinary guests like us, I think it’s a rewarding place to treat ourselves. I would love to stay again.
