Hotel Listel Hamanako

Our family of seven stayed here, and our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, fishing, and fireworks. My father uses a wheelchair, and the barrier-free facilities were excellent. He could go to the large public bath in his wheelchair, our Room was right in front of the elevator, and at the restaurant the staff member in charge was very kind. We truly appreciated the thoughtful care in every aspect. The food was also delicious.One disappointing point: we found a single hair left on the pillow on one of the two beds in one of our Rooms. We hope that after cleaning, checks will be done more thoroughly so that not even a single hair is left behind.We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was the most relaxing stay of our three-night trip.The walk down the hallway to the bath felt a bit long, but the view was great and it was very refreshing.We were looking forward to the eel, and it was delicious—our whole family was satisfied.
