Livemax Resort Amagi Yugashima

Even though the Reservations were fully booked, the baths and the time-slot meals were never crowded, so we could relax and enjoy our stay.\nThe staff spoke Japanese well and helped us with a smile, which was great. The rock bath uses natural hot spring water and really warms you up, so in summer you may want to rinse off with cool water afterward. We stayed nice and warm back in our Room (laugh). There was also plenty of fish and salmon roe! The Hawaiian Fair had creative drinks and desserts, which we really enjoyed.

The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well organized, to the point that you wouldn’t notice its age, so I felt at ease during my stay. Since the Room has an open-air bath, I could soak at my own pace and it was very comfortable. Best of all, I could relax and unwind while listening to the sound of the river flowing just below. All the staff who assisted me from check-in to check-out were kind. I rated it 4 stars because I felt the incense scent at the front desk was a bit too strong.
