pool villa Sanrriott Okinawa Motobu

This was our first stay at this villa, and after reading Reviews from other guests, we did have some concerns—but overall it was a wonderful villa! I think it has been improved to a certain extent.However, there was dust in many places, which bothered us a bit. The Room remote controls and the bedroom bedside lights were especially dusty when we wiped them.There were also a few dead insects. That said, since the area is surrounded by nature, I think that can’t really be helped.The pool itself was clean.But the sofas by the poolside were dirty—probably because they are kept outdoors—so we couldn’t use them.The biggest issue was that the TV Chromecast was broken and couldn’t be used. When we contacted you, we were told that it has recently often failed to turn on… It ended with a refund of the tax amount, but honestly this should be fixed as soon as possible; otherwise I think future guests will also complain.Since there is no terrestrial TV available in the first place, if Chromecast doesn’t work then there’s basically no sound in the living room at all, which makes it feel quiet and lonely…Overall it’s a great villa and we would like to stay again, so we hope these points will be improved.We hope everything will be fixed by our next stay.Thank you very much for this time.

The building is new and everything is clean, with well-equipped kitchen utensils making it convenient for cooking. The location was also great, less than a 30-minute drive from Junglila. Our family loves karaoke, and this was the first accommodation we stayed at with karaoke facilities like those in a professional shop. We enjoyed singing every night. Although we've visited Okinawa many times before, our usual routine after returning to the hotel at night was to relax quietly. This time, however, we had an extra fun experience with karaoke, making this trip unique and memorable. We also tried the low-temperature pool but found it quite cold since it was the end of the year—even in Okinawa!
