Genzo-no-Yu Naruko Kanko Hotel

I stayed for one night starting August 13.Although the weather was unfortunate, I could really feel the attentive support of your staff—from guidance in the parking lot upon arrival to check-in.Before dinner, I used the private bath to ease my travel fatigue. No Reservation was required, there were many types of tubs, and the water temperature was just right.After the bath, my skin felt smooth and silky, which was very pleasant.I was especially happy that it was all-inclusive.The beer after the bath was amazing.For dinner’s kaiseki meal, I chose beef tongue shabu-shabu; both the portion and flavor were outstanding.The gentleman who assisted us at the restaurant had exceptionally polite and wonderful manners.I was born and raised in Sendai, but I have lived away from my hometown for a long time now.Miyagi rice is something we can proudly boast about to The whole country. I enjoyed it very much.The eggplant miso at breakfast reminded me of my mother’s cooking.I’ve known since childhood that Naruko has many Accommodation options, but I’m truly glad I chose Naruko Kanko Hotel.I would love to visit again.Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The building itself feels pleasantly historic, but the interior is well maintained, and the Room was a comfortable space with a great sense of cleanliness in every corner.All staff were kind, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with.The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right.In the lobby lounge, both alcoholic and soft drinks were available with unlimited refills—so satisfying that the welcome drink alone almost felt enough.I would definitely like to stay again.
