The staff were wonderful, and the Room was spotless with a great atmosphere. If I had to mention one thing, the bath is so large that the water cools down quickly, but there is no reheating function...Also, since we ended up with quite a bit of trash, it would be helpful if spare trash bags were provided.We stayed with five family members and one dog, and there was plenty of space.We would love to stay again.

For this stay, since we wanted in-Room dining on the second night, we made two separate Reservations. Just like last year, they prepared in-Room dining for our second night. The main meat dish was a cook-it-yourself style, which was a bit difficult for my husband and me since we don’t usually cook. We felt that dining at the restaurant is the better choice. From now on, we will choose restaurant dining only. Breakfast was also fully prepared, but in the end it was a style where we warmed it up ourselves before eating.On the morning of the second day, we woke up early and refreshed ourselves with a morning bath and morning sauna. There wasn’t an Onsen, but it was totally fine.On our way home, we also visited a local supermarket recommended by the Hotel staff. We bought lots of delicious tomatoes and vegetables, and plenty of souvenirs too. It was so much fun. As expected from Shinshu produce—everything had such deep flavor that it honestly made us want to move to Nagano someday.We also received a commemorative photo for our anniversary.At checkout this time, we accidentally left our dog’s toy in the Room. When I called them, they delivered it to our home the very next day. I was truly impressed by how professional and thoughtful the staff were. Thank you so much.Both service and facilities were flawless.I will recommend this place to my friends with dogs as well.Everything about our stay was wonderful.A perfect score with nothing to complain about.We look forward to seeing you again someday.
