It was a very comfortable stay. The French dinner was outstanding, and we were truly satisfied! The bread was also excellent. We hope you will maintain this level of quality. The bath and the room layout were well designed, and we felt thoughtful attention to detail from the guest’s perspective. We would love to visit again.

Both the building and the Room were new, and everything felt clean throughout, making for a very pleasant stay. The Facility also felt new, which left a great impression.Breakfast is served buffet-style. While I don’t have any major complaints about the food itself, I felt there could be a wider variety of options. In particular, I was personally quite disappointed that there was no rice or miso soup. If it is intended to be a Western-style buffet, that is of course fine; however, there was no clear note about this in advance, so I assumed some Japanese options would be available as well. For guests who place importance on breakfast, it would be helpful if the contents were clearly described beforehand.In addition, systems designed with automation in mind have been introduced in many areas—such as check-in/check-out and amenity pickup. I understand the goal of improving efficiency and think it is a reasonable approach for Hotel operations going forward.On the other hand, explanations on how to use these systems—and what steps guests should follow—were not sufficient, which made it feel like the system’s potential wasn’t fully utilized. Automation should not simply mean removing human interaction; true convenience comes when guests can proceed naturally without confusion. In that sense, I felt there could be further improvements to signage, explanations at check-in, and the overall flow leading up to use.The Facility itself is new and clean and has plenty of appeal for a comfortable stay. That’s why I believe that improving breakfast options and guidance related to automation would lead to an even more satisfying experience.
