    The in-Room pool is amazing!

    Although I’ve visited Okinawa many times, this was my first stay here.\nWe chose the Pool Executive Suite (2 Bedrooms), and it was incredibly spacious and open—best of all, we could use the pool anytime!\nThe kids were thrilled, and the adults joined in too; we ended up swimming and playing over and over.\nHaving a washer-dryer in the Room was a huge help—we’d wash and dry our wet clothes right away, then head back to the pool again the next day.\nIt was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t see the ocean because of all the trees in front of the pool, but at night it was fun spotting bats flying around, cats wandering by, and looking for other unusual creatures.\nSince no one could see us, we were able to truly relax without thinking about anything.\n\nThe beach just a short walk away was full of nature, with gentle waves—it was truly beautiful.\nWe snorkeled as a family, and we really appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and parasols.\nWe went to watch the sunset, and after being told we might be able to see fireworks, we went out for that too. We visited the beach several times—the sound of the waves and peaceful atmosphere felt cleansing. It became our best Okinawa trip ever.\n\nAs for meals: breakfast—the Japanese set meal was absolutely delicious. We chose Japanese breakfast all three mornings of our 3-night stay.\nFor dinner, we tried à la carte at the restaurant once; everything was excellent and we were very satisfied!\n\nIf I had to mention one small point:\nThe Room Facility is perfect overall, but despite having a kitchen and cooking tools, the refrigerator is extremely small—like one you’d find in a Business Hotel...\nWe couldn’t chill wine in it, so we asked to store it in the Hotel cellar. Considering how well-equipped the Room is otherwise, I wish there were a slightly larger refrigerator.\n\nThis is a pleasantly intimate Hotel overall, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay.\nAll staff members were attentive and wonderful.\nIt turned into our best Okinawa trip ever—we’d love to return someday!

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    This was my first stay since the Hotel changed its name, but it remains one of my favorite Hotels in Okinawa. I stayed here on the third night of my 4-night, 5-day trip to Okinawa. As it had been a few years since my last visit, a wave of nostalgia hit me the moment I checked in. The Room layout is a bit like a maze, which is part of the fun, and the in-Room pool was just as spacious, clean, and refreshing as before. I also appreciated that it’s heated, so I could swim morning and night. All of the staff were pleasant, and I enjoyed chatting with them during meals. For dinner, I always request in-Room dining with the “Agu Pork Shabu-Shabu Plan,” and this time as well I thoroughly enjoyed it until I was completely full. Everything on the breakfast menu was delicious too, but especially the “Yushi Tofu,” which had an outstanding broth flavor. We were blessed with great weather, making for a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay again.

    Excellent.

    I’ve stayed at UMITO in Atami as well, and the food is simply amazing!! The Facility is also very clean. The sea is right behind the Hotel, and you can reach it in about a minute. The beach was beautiful, and when we went there was no one around—it felt like a completely private beach. There’s also a pool attached to the Room, so we could swim whenever we wanted. Because it’s a private space, we were able to relax without worrying about anyone else. The Room was spacious and open. At night, the stars were beautiful. If the trees in front were trimmed a bit lower, you’d have an even better ocean view. Check-out was a bit hectic because it didn’t seem like the staff had shared the details from the day before, but other than that we were very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation for the largest Room. We’re also planning to visit UMITO in Kamakura soon.

    We stayed here for o...

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It’s a stylish Hotel, and the staff’s service was excellent. Their kind support was wonderful from start to finish! We were able to relax in the room and enjoy quality family time. We’re very satisfied that we chose this Accommodation! Our Plan included breakfast only, but both the Japanese and Western options were generous and very delicious—we were completely full! Thank you very much. If I had to mention just one thing, I personally think it would be perfect if there were a chair available when bathing small children. We’d love to stay again! Thank you very much!

    It was a wonderful stay.

    The staff were very friendly and kind. The Plan included breakfast, and the Japanese-style breakfast was truly delicious—I would love to have it again. The Room was spacious, and having access to the pool made for a wonderful stay. Thank you!

    I chose this Hotel for my long-awaited trip to Okinawa with great expectations. First, I was impressed by the welcome drink! The service from all the staff was excellent. The New Year's soba hospitality (sanshin and song) cleansed my heart. The Room was perfect with nothing to complain about. I feel like I can do my best this year. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    It was a satisfactory hotel, but there were some aspects of the service that were disappointing.

    I stayed for one night and two days. The room was spacious and had a sense of cleanliness. There is also a pool, so you can enjoy it even on rainy days. Many of the front desk staff were young, energetic, and had high hospitality, which made for a pleasant stay. However, there is one drawback. The service from a man in his 40s who handled the breakfast serving was very unpleasant. He had no smile and maintained a gloomy expression throughout. Moreover, when serving, he placed the dishes very carelessly and provided almost no explanation of the food. While clearing used glasses as part of the serving, he left without noticing that water was dripping from the glasses, leaving the floor wet. Other than this person, the service was very pleasant, but because of him, the vacation mood was ruined all at once. It's a shame that such a good hotel is marred by this person. I hope that by the next time I visit, his service will have improved.
