Amakusa Tenku no Fune

The hotel’s location was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The ocean-view open-air bath felt incredibly spacious and refreshing. We could relax anywhere on the property and truly enjoy a blissful stay. With drinks stocked in the refrigerator and so many thoughtful services, we were completely satisfied. Dinner was served at a stylish restaurant where we savored delicious Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. We also appreciated that they changed our table between dinner and breakfast so we could dine from the best seats—such a thoughtful touch. It wasn’t too far from Kumamoto City either, and we’d love to come back again.

On my first trip to Kumamoto, I stayed at the villa for two nights and three days. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and the open-air bath was so relaxing I could have stayed in it forever. Although many of the staff were relatively young, their service was outstanding, with hospitality that made me want to see them again. Since dinner was Italian, I wondered if it might feel too heavy, but the portions were just right—and it was so surprisingly delicious that I ate almost everything. I would love to visit again. It turned into a truly happy trip. Thank you very much.
