We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel.The meals and the services for children were excellent as well.Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension,a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful.I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

This was a very satisfying stay at a large highland resort surrounded by nature.The Hotel offers a wide range of Facilities, is expansive, and is well maintained overall. Even just staying within the Hotel is enjoyable—it truly feels like a Resort Hotel designed for an immersive stay.What stood out most was the surrounding nature and gardens. The spacious grounds are filled with greenery, and simply walking through the beautifully kept gardens felt wonderful. I was able to enjoy the open, refreshing atmosphere that’s unique to a highland resort.The dinner buffet had an excellent variety, making it fun to choose from. Including breakfast, I was very satisfied with the meals. That said, because both the food and the overall atmosphere of the Hotel are so good, the seating and table area in the buffet venue felt a bit simple. A slightly more refined setting would match the rest of the Hotel even better.The only drawback is access—since it’s deep in the mountains, it isn’t what you’d call conveniently located. However, that location is exactly what provides such rich nature and quietness, offering a completely different appeal from city Hotels. It’s best suited for visiting with this Hotel as your destination and taking time to relax.This time I stayed with dinner and breakfast included, and considering everything—from the well-equipped Facilities to the food and natural surroundings—I felt it offered good value for money.A highland resort where you can enjoy vast grounds and abundant nature—different from luxury city Hotels. It’s great not only for family trips but also when you want to unwind and refresh at a leisurely pace.
