As always, waking up to the view of Mount Fuji beyond the park scenery is an amazing feeling. I occasionally use other hotels, but this one is spacious and recommended both as a party venue and as accommodation. The Chinese course meal we had at the party was incredibly delicious

I currently live in Oita City, so I use the limousine bus from the hotel to Haneda Airport. I make reservations on my mobile phone, but at 74 years old, it's quite difficult for me and always a source of worry. However, the young female staff at the hotel are very kind and suppor

I was attracted by the location, directly connected to Seibu Shinjuku Station and about a 5-minute walk from JR, and decided to stay here. This time, they upgraded my room from a standard room to a deluxe king, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. The room was spac

They handled the unexpected trouble wonderfully, and I regret not asking the name of the person who upgraded us at the end. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. I am thankful to the staff for giving me unforgettable memories of midsummer. Thank you very

They promptly addressed the issue and provided me with a different room. The room was spacious enough for a solo stay, and both the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant week. Amenities were available near the elevator, and I appreciated that

I chose this hotel for my mother, who was joining a bus tour the next day. She said it was convenient as it only cost 700 yen by taxi to get to the meeting point. The amenities were also well-equipped, allowing her to have a comfortable stay in the room. The front desk staff were

This is my second time staying here. It's a very clean and tidy hotel. I appreciate the thoughtful touches like having an air purifier, a choice of pillows, a selection of bath additives, and a mirror with LED lights. There are USB ports by the bedside, so you can charge yo

The front desk was staffed by a foreigner, but they provided courteous service with a smile, which was satisfying. It would be convenient and helpful if there were facilities to adjust the bath temperature. There was a tea set, but I think it would be better if there were thr

" I pointed out that the skin and filling were separated, and the response was that it takes time to make them. Well, since it was close to closing time, I gave up. Reluctantly, I decided to try the famous APA curry, but the curry roux was empty... and there was only a little wh

The happy hour at the rooftop bar and breakfast at the 12th-floor restaurant were both comfortable. The chair by the window in the room was also pleasant. The bathtub was perfect for stretching my legs straight. There were hardly any Japanese guests, giving the illusion of being

It was a bit crowded, so I skipped the public bath and just took a shower, but the room, though small, had good air conditioning and was comfortable. I spent the late night watching news on the large TV in the room and decided to leave Tokyo in a hurry one day before the Tokaid

We had confirmed the availability of a wheelchair in advance, and they were very pleased to be able to borrow one upon check-in thanks to your consideration. They were also delighted with the spaciousness of the room and the delicious meals at the restaurant, which made me happy

There are also many convenience stores within walking distance, so I stocked up and enjoyed a movie marathon! The room was clean, and the amenities were perfect! I understand that they are operating with a limited number of staff, so it's understandable, but it was a bit disappo

Thank you very much. The rating was very good. Since it was during winter, the toilet seat was cold when I sat on it. Other than that, I was satisfied. The complimentary bottled water service was very much appreciated.

My family was also satisfied. The women's large bath was always empty, but they said the men's large bath was very popular. It would be nice if the opening hours of the large bath were a little longer. The room was more spacious than expected, clean, the bed was comfortable, and

Since she was wearing her school uniform, the front desk staff (I think they were Chinese) asked, "Are you an exam student?" and kindly gave us a KitKat with a message in a box! They also provided a desk lamp, which made us very happy. Having a drum-type washer-dryer in the r
