We returned our rental car at Kochi Station at 7:00 PM, and it was just a few minutes’ walk from there—very convenient. Above all, the carefully prepared breakfast was wonderful, and it was comforting to see the lovely staff working so efficiently. Many locals and hikers were staying there as well. The building is old, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. The price was also a big help in these times of rising costs. We would love to stay again next year!

Perhaps because it used to be a different Hotel, the Facility itself felt a bit dated. It’s a reasonable distance from the station, but I don’t think it feels inconvenient. This time I went by car, but since the tower parking can’t be used, I used a nearby parking lot; however, they’re only available farther away, which felt a bit inconvenient. I checked in using a machine, but if it’s difficult to operate without staff guidance, it feels like there isn’t much point in automating it... Even taking those points into account, I think it’s an overall good Hotel in terms of cleanliness and service.

I stayed here for sightseeing. The facilities felt a bit dated, but everything was clean.

The hospitality and the Room were excellent. I would like to stay again.

I visited Kochi as the final destination of my touring trip through all 47 prefectures. It was my first time visiting Kochi by motorcycle, and Kochi was amazing!! Because of the rain I arrived early—thank you for looking after my motorcycle. Thanks to you, I was able to hold a solo celebration in the shopping arcade.

Whenever I visit Kochi, I always stay here. The Room was clean and well kept, and breakfast was a Japanese set prepared individually; it was tasty and the portion size was just right. One small concern was that the bathtub plug chain was wrapped tightly around the faucet, which made it difficult to remove. I understand this may be unavoidable for a single Room, but I would be happier with a TV with a larger screen. I will stay here again.

There are not many staff members, but it was easy to see which services they focus on, and I felt it is a comfortable and welcoming Hotel. The fresh flowers next to the elevator were very soothing. The Room was spacious and clean, and there was a water dispenser in the hallway where you can enjoy delicious cold water. The bath is an Onsen with plenty of space to relax, and breakfast in the morning was exceptionally delicious. I wanted to thank you in person for the wonderful breakfast, but our timing didn’t match. It helped me recover from my fatigue and left me feeling refreshed and energized.

There is parking available, and the Room was clean. Breakfast was very delicious (highly recommended). I accidentally left my bag containing my wallet and driver’s license behind, and I really appreciated you contacting me. This is a trustworthy Accommodation, and I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here while visiting Kochi to see a friend. I went out right after checking in and didn’t return until after 11:00 p.m., so my stay ended up being very short. The queen Room with a kitchen isn’t large, but it was very stylish and practical. I wished I could have stayed longer. Although I didn’t have time to use it, I couldn’t find any kitchen utensils. When I asked at check-out, I was told they were in the cabinet. Thinking “It must be here,” I tried many times to open that cabinet drawer, but couldn’t (lol). If I had wanted to use the kitchen, it would have been really disappointing, so some guidance would have been helpful. The front desk staff were very pleasant both at check-in and check-out. If I visit Kochi again, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel. Next time, I want to try opening that cabinet (lol).

We stayed on a one-night stay with two meals Plan. When we mentioned that our child doesn’t like raw fish, the meal was changed to a meat dish. It looked so delicious that I was honestly jealous and wished I had chosen that too. Everyone spoke to us in a friendly way, and our child seemed to have a great time. Thank you very much.

I stayed for four nights, and the Hotel was clean, the Room was spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the bathtub was a bit larger than usual. The Millet snacks I received when I opted out of housekeeping were a nice touch as well. I would love to stay here again when I visit Kochi. Thank you very much.

Located near the downtown area, convenient, and the Room was clean and reasonably priced! I’d like to stay again.

The breakfast bread was delicious—just as I’d heard from many people. It was a shame there wasn’t a large public bath, but there were plenty of nearby places to go for a drink on my own, which was nice.

We stayed here as a family. On the way to the Ryokan, it felt very retro and we were a bit worried, but the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind, and we would love to stay again. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

Hotels near Kochi Station are generally quite pricey... But I found a reasonably priced, great-value Hotel! After staying there, I found it very comfortable, with a delicious breakfast—an excellent Accommodation. I’ll definitely stay again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and good Accommodation!

Luggage storage service is available after check-out. It offers great value for money and is a highly recommended accommodation.

Excellent location! There are great breakfast spots within walking distance. The bathroom is a bit small, but it’s well cleaned and I’m satisfied.

This was our second stay here, and this time we stayed as a couple. It’s conveniently close to Hirome Market and the Obiyamachi shopping arcade, and since our first trip to Kochi was truly wonderful, we chose to stay here again. The Facility is a bit old, but it has the essentials, and the front desk staff are friendly. We’re happy to be able to stay at a reasonable price for sightseeing and exploring the city. We would love to stay again.

It was wonderful. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip. Thank you very much.

I booked on the day of my stay with little prior research, and I was very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness. I originally wanted to visit Hirome Market (room only), so it was perfectly located for sightseeing along the way on foot, and I felt like I truly enjoyed Kochi City. There is a convenience store right in front, and borrowing the hotel’s sandals made everything easy. As mentioned in other reviews, I could hear some street noise outside, but it didn’t bother me at all when sleeping and I slept soundly. Thank you very much.
