All the staff are wonderful, making this an excellent Hotel. The free, spacious parking is also a plus. Breakfast was very satisfying, and starting at 6:00 a.m. is very convenient for early departures. You need to be careful when climbing up and down the Room’s bunk bed, but you can sleep well. Above all, it offers outstanding value for money. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed in a non-smoking twin room with breakfast for one night. It is conveniently located about a 5–6 minute walk from Iyotetsu Takashimaya, and I was surprised at how affordable the accommodation was. The facility is not new, but it is kept clean so it didn’t bother me. The Hotel staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I would like to stay again.

I stayed for two days. The Room was very clean, and I was happy to be able to see Matsuyama Castle from the window. Considering the reasonable Accommodation rate, the breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious. It’s a smart, simple Hotel without unnecessary extras, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama. (As I’m very particular about cleanliness, it would be helpful if disposable slippers—like those sold at 100-yen shops—could be purchased at the front desk, since the in-room slippers were not disposable.)

This Hotel is directly connected to Iyotetsu Matsuyama-shi Station, which was convenient since I planned to take an express bus the day after my stay. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included local specialties (Uwajima-style sea bream rice and five kinds of mandarin orange juice). Since I enjoyed Onsen at Dogo Onsen Honkan, I only needed a place to stay and a good breakfast, so I was very satisfied and felt it offered great value for money.

The view of Matsuyama Castle was great, and it looked especially beautiful at sunset. The Room was also clean. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so having the bath and toilet separate made my stay comfortable. However, I would have liked a wash basin in the bathroom.

Conveniently located near the station, with easy access to the downtown area on foot or by train. It is not a brand-new Hotel, but the Room was spacious and well kept and clean. We stayed in a twin Room, and the beds were large. The parking lot was near the Hotel, and discount vouchers were available.

Just a short walk from JR Matsuyama Station. Affordable with free late-night snacks and breakfast included. The building and Facilities are old, so not recommended for those who mind that. Excellent value for money!

Thank you for hosting us during our visit to watch a Yakult Swallows game. It is an old Hotel, but it was very clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and pleasant, which made our stay comfortable. If there is another game in Matsuyama, we would be happy to stay here again.

After sightseeing at Okaido and Matsuyama Castle, I arrived within walking distance. Near the front desk, you pick up essentials such as bathrobes and brushes to take to your Room. There is also a sake tasting service. On the second floor, there are massage chairs and a manga corner. There is also a limited-time drink bar where you can enjoy free sours and highballs. Mini ramen is available as well. With rental bicycles, it’s easy to access Dogo Onsen and nearby Kotobuki Onsen (Kotobuki Onsen is inexpensive). Breakfast was more than sufficient, with items like jakoten fish cakes and Pon Juice. This Hotel offered outstanding value for money, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for one night on business. As others have mentioned, nearby dining options are limited to places like Yoshinoya, a Lawson convenience store, and a small diner; if you go a bit farther, there is also Steak Gusto. However, breakfast includes an all-you-can-eat vegetable bar, so even with the limited options around the area, I was very satisfied—the breakfast was delicious.

The Onsen and meals were excellent.

Our family of four stayed in two Twin Rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room and beds were spacious. We were also very satisfied with the covered parking, same-day luggage storage, and dinner service with app registration. Breakfast was also delicious! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here while visiting to celebrate our second son’s wife’s birthday. The location was convenient, with easy access and close to where we had dinner. Best of all was the breakfast buffet—especially the sea bream rice. Matsuyama Castle is also nearby, making it a great area for running. We would love to stay again next time.

I stayed in a single Japanese-style room. It’s close to the station, and at this price it was really appreciated. Since the building is old, it isn’t as clean as other Hotels. If it were expensive, I’d give it 2 stars, but it was very cheap, and they had the necessary amenities, so I’m fully satisfied!

After booking for two adults, we needed to add two children. Rebooking was an option, but since it was during spring break, we worried someone else might take the Reservation while we were redoing it. When we asked for advice, they kindly told us that additional payment via PayPay was possible, so we were able to keep the Reservation and change the number of guests by paying the extra fee. We shared our children’s ages and mentioned that we were worried about them falling off the bed, so we asked if mattresses or something similar might be available. They gladly prepared them along with duvets so the kids could sleep safely on the floor—we truly appreciated it. They also provided child-sized chairs, which were extremely helpful at mealtimes. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water, juice, and beer, and they even prepared snacks suited to our children’s ages—plus cup noodles, tea, and coffee. The hospitality was exceptional. The bathroom had a proper washing area like a home bath setup, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There was also a sink, kettle, and microwave, so making formula—and cooling it at the sink—was easy. There is parking on-site as well; we could bring large luggage in directly from the car through the window area, which was very convenient. The airport is literally right in front of the property, so with small children we could stay in our Room until just before departure and minimize waiting time at the airport—something we really appreciated. The Room was very clean too, and above all we were moved by their heartfelt service. We would love to stay here again when using Matsuyama Airport. Thank you very much.

During our stay, the bath in the Room was kept hot the whole time—almost too much to waste. The Room and bedding were clean, which was great. We also used the large public bath, and it wasn’t crowded, which was perfect. However, the jacuzzi and jet baths seemed to be out of order, so we could only use one out of three. It was a bit disappointing that there was only rinse-in shampoo and no face wash or cleansing products, but I guess it can’t be helped. We chose the Western-style breakfast; it felt homemade and was delicious, and the orange juice was also very good. I would like to stay again.

Due to the rain, I called as I wanted to arrive early and received a polite response: [You cannot enter the Room until 4 PM, but you can leave your car and luggage with us.] Thank you for accommodating us without any hesitation.

I stayed here for my 77th birthday class reunion in Matsuyama. The room was spacious, clean, and excellent. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast as well.
